Walked in at 10.30 on a Saturday night and asked for mixed meat and chips. Reply: Can't do that don't have it. Will never order from this mob again!

Awful food quality. Need reporting to Environmental Health.Ordered a kebab and was very ill for a fortnight. Recent reviews on other social media show raw uncooked meat and multiple reports of illness.Don't risk your health here.

Twice we've ordered 2 kebabs from here.. the first time we ordered online and ticked the box for all salad (especially coleslaw!). When it arrived no coleslaw... Second time we ordered 2 kebabs from here did it online again, ticked box for all salad (including coleslaw!), wrote in the additional notes box "please can we have coleslaw"...when it arrived... No coleslaw... In either kebab... That's 4 kebabs no coleslaw... I might be overreacting here but seriously!!Won't be using them again...

Pizza was cold and undercooked. Even after putting it back in oven, the toppings were worse than the ones on shop bought pizza. Staff rude and can't be bothered, when customers complain

Pizzas turned up squashed boxes freezing cold and the chocolate melt pudding turned up in a plastic sleeve for us to cook ourselves I can buy two from Tesco's for half the price and no manager there tonight got to phone back tomorrow such a shame as never ever have issues with fresh pizza but now not sure if I would go back again After tonight !!!

Been there today for a first time and decided eat pizzas there and then. Both pizzas we ordered were really nice and really enjoyed them. I know they do take away mostly. Would definitely be a regular if I was living down here!

Ordered from deliveroo, order numbers got mixed up and they delivered the wrong order. Driver said he couldn't do much but stayed whilst we called the restaurant. The restaurant passed blame to the driver advised us to call deliveroo and try to get refund through them. No accountability atall or any offers to help.

Ordered 3 pizzas and a large kebab.Nice and easy order you would think.However they forgot the kebab. Phone them and got 1 sent out. It must of been the one they prepared with the pizza as it was cold and the kebab meat was hard.Also the salad looked like it was prepared in the first lock downPizzas was also not up to standard ( and for a pizza shop that s..t).I would still say it's better then ali's kebab shop.But I will not use fresh pizzas again. 2 out of 10

Have been using fresh pizza for years and never had a problem until this evening. (Very minor issue) delivery was late. However their customer service is incredible even on a busy night. Thank you for the delicious pizza, will definitely order again 😁
