Stopped in for a quick pint after doing some shopping at tesco. The beer was cold and they had a good selection to choose from. Restaurant was clean and family friendly. They have a pool table and some slot machines as well. They also had a good selection of food to choose from on the menu and they do a buffet some days.

This was a fantastic breakfast. A help yourself buffet. The food tasted great and was cooked well. The staff were really friendly and very efficient. We've been here a few times now and it's never failed to be a pleasant experience.

Wonderful staff, covid safe too.. Breakfast was hearty and all I needed, and price was good too.. Clean, comfortable surroundings and great provisions for wheelchair access... Thank you very much!!

This place is exactly like all other Brewers Fayre Inns with regards to the interior design so my expectations were not huge. But pleasantly surprised by the standard of the meal I ordered. Reasonable sized portions for the price and edible. I ordered the lasagne which I found was not bland at all and had flavour. I would have liked to have had more garlic bread than the side salad , or possibly the option. All in all nice place to take the kids or have a quick bite with work colleagues.

Popped in for a couple of drinks with a friend. Convenient location near the supermarket. Had 3hrs free parking for patrons. Background music etc at good level so you could talk, reasonably popular with people having food. We did leave in the end as a group nearby were rather loud and making conversation difficult at times.

Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. A lot of food options seem to be out of stock for our 4 day stay. No buffet breakfast some days...cost saving? Food quality is quite low, juice is very cheap for example. Evening meals were all tasty though, as long as you ordered something they had!

The sweet potato curry was lovely but was only a spoonful. I was still hungry afterwards and my partner gave me some of his meal. I tried to complain but waitress just struggled and did nothing. I told another waitress and asked her to tell the kitchen manager but no one came back. Very disappointed. I paid £10 but did not get value for money.

Stayed in the Premier Inn next door for 2 nights. Had breakfast and dinner both nights. The food was nice.

Driest meal I've eaten and the tiniest gravy boat to boot "more gravy needed" Yorkshire pud tasted like it was made a few day ago. I've never eaten wallpaper paste but reckon it would taste like the mash. pub side of things is great lovely staff well manored and welcoming

Our evening visit to the Whittle Inn was as good as always when eating out at Brewers Fayre establishments. Was fairly quiet during our stay and no issues of any nature worth commenting on. Lovely food & drinks as always and reasonably priced. The staff were really friendly and helpful and all respect & credit to them! Car parking is free for 3 hours as long as register vehicle reg with the staff on arrival. Recommended to visit!
