Food is OK but nothing special. Asked to wait to be seated then told to sit anywhere. Not told that things were not available on menu until ordering at the bar which meant queueing twice. Had to ask for water dispenser to be refilled. All in all more attention to customer needed.

Lovely food and atmosphere, book for a Friday night as they get busy but the rest of the time you can walk in and find a table.

I've been to quite a few of the Lounge bars and sad to say this is the worst for customer service. The female serving was not the happiest, but did let me try an ale before I bought, but the male accomplice from Manchester? was rather anti social.Very quiet in here, and poor communication skills won't help the business. Two stars for cleanliness and allowing me to try before I bought

Had tapas Tuesday it really was simply delicious really tasty and authentic. Great ambiance inside and staff are so friendly I don't see why anyone would leave a negative comment? Its Immaculately clean inside its a real asset to Tewkesbury we will most certainly come again when we visit keep up the great work and Thank you 👍

On arrival the waitress said there was an hours wait for food but actually it was maybe 20/25 minutes. All good and the halloumi burger was yummy. A couple of missing items off a big order was rectified quickly and without fuss.

Nice and spacious bar/restaurant. Prices for food is reasonable but drinks are a bit expensive. Nice selection on the menu.

Terrible customer service. Rude self obsessed member of staff. We left before we could order food because of his rude attitude towards talking to customers.A friend who was with us was trying make a point, after asking how to order, to be responded with abuse, after she mentioned that to that no one was greeting customers, because all the staff just ignored us. Then when we decided we had sit somewhere, it was the wrong. He said there was a sign telling us to wait, but someone had packed it away. Apparently we should hand known that, even though the sign was not there. He shouted “good riddance” when we left too.I also visited a month earlier for brunch, staff didn’t seem to care for customers, no consideration for health and safety with Covid.Until this place gets decent manager who can manage their staff better, I will be avoiding it. Personally this member of staff would have faced serious disciplinary actions if I was his boss.My reply…..I really was not expecting to be given excuses. They was 4 of us who all heard the man with coloured hair say “good riddance” Are you accusing us of lying? As regard to being busy, the place was half empty and that’s just no excuse for being polite and friendly. There was no sign telling us to wait. The level of customer service was disgusting to be honest. I’m sure if you look at the cctv from 1st January you’ll see the poor behaviour from your member of staff.I will now be contacting the lounge group directly regarding this member of staff. His attitude left a bad taste, that would have meant any food ordered would have been tarnished.

Went with my wife and kid. Loved the decor and the service was very warm and friendly. Ordered the big breakfast which was very nice and definitely filled me up! Drinks were good too (look out for their homemade specialties). Please do visit if you happen to be nearby, definitely worth it.

We have a near identical place called Argo lounge where I live.Food was very good for the price, the place was nice and busy on the Friday night with a good atmosphere. Service was quick.Decoration was good but the lighting a little dark to see the menu where we sat.Recommended
