Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and the Lite lunch 2 for £12 was ideal for a lunchtime meal. Will defo be back and highly recommended. Good size car park too.

Great atmosphere and attentive staff. Baguette was really tasty, but we were let down by the curry. Seemed like a small portion of a microwave meal. Bill seemed quite high, so drinks must have been around £9 for a coke and a cider! Which is a shame as the food was so reasonably priced.Overall willing to give it another go, the food seems to be hit and miss but we'll have to try again and see if it was a one off. There's a lot to admire about this cosy local pub so I have high hopes.

Ate here on Tuesday evening before the quiz & was very disappointed with the home made pie. It was steak & ale and there were 3 or 4 very small pieces of meat in a lot of pastry and not much else! The chips were good but very expensive for what it was ☹

Having driven past over the last couple of days we decided to give it a try instead of the beefeater, we are glad we did. Greeted by a warm and welcoming smile and looked after by too lovely ladies. The food was good and well presented. A big thank you and we would recommend it to all

Friendly Staff. Excellent Food. The Best Gammon egg peas and chips I have had in a long time. Also my wife had Homemade Chicken pie, Excellent too. Nice outside dining. Had to miss our on the Bailey's Cheese cake, I will have it next time.

Really good food, pleasant friendly service in a nicely decorated pub. There is a really large garden at the back with picnic tables. Just a note there were no swings or slide for the younger children.
