Gupshill Manor in Tewkesbury

Lovely interior, great staff and service. Poor fish and chips. Fish was extremely small and therefore not good value for money.

Very good service. Called in with two friends for a bite to eat and a couple of beers.The two young ladies behind the bar were so friendly and welcoming. We all decided to have the Gammon steak with chips and all the trimmings which was very good and so reasonable. The beer on offer was basic Greene King Abbotts ale and another IPA. To be fair it was good. Our food came quickly and was very hot and good portions.It was a great evening catching up with each other made better with the excellent service.

Staff are excellent here. The adults had beef roast and the kids had chicken roast, all cooked perfectly and the veg comes out separately. Will definately return.

Well what can I say, The food was terrible and when told the waitress she said nothing, The staff just stood about at the end of the bar, Two glasses got broke by them being silly, I was told this place was really good, Well two staff sat table end of the bar feet on chairs, NOT very professional at all, I've done bar and waitressing and know leaning time is cleaning time, The seating area outside the barman checked and didn't even empty the ashtrays that were full, Napkins left in lamps on the table, And the grass not even cut, We were given cutlery but no napkins, The service area behind us was untidy, I feel the place is left to be run so poorly, The menu well get more choice in a cafe, The carrots weren't even peeled or ends taken off, Well whole meal and place such a disappointment, Won't go back or even recommend

Been a while since we ate here. Nice memories as we had our wedding reception here in June 2014 so nice to come back every now and again. Lovely meal. Good service.

I booked a table for a family meal, by emailing via the website. Naomi replied and was brilliant and helpful. I'd asked for a private area. We had the meal today. The area couldn't have been more perfect, and the food and service was outstanding (even if I did mess up the ordering!!! Sorry, my bad). The waitress rectified my mistake very quickly. Well done Gupdhill Manor staff 👏 👏👏👏

Wow what can I say?They say the customer service makes the food. Well then if that’s the case this place is a Michelin starred establishment. The food was good honest gastro pub food. Tasted delicious and the customer service was awesome!Will be going back again. This is once again my favourite pub restaurant in Tewkesbury.

This was great.We found this place by chance, it ticked all the boxes.It may not be the Ritz, but very clean.Great parking, very pleasant staff and choice of food and drink at reasonable prices.The lounge areas could do with a bit of a freshen up.However, the food was delicious, good portions and piping hot where it called for it and if you are looking for a meal this is spot on.The staff were very compliant with the Covid regulations including wearing face coverings. The tables were cleaned after every customer. They were willing to mix and match the food if required without any fuss at the customers request.This is well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Wedding reception (11/09/2021) - such an amazing day and the team GM played a massive role in that. Each team member was great. Welcoming and attentive. Couldn't do enough for us. The food was great. Bar was spot on (good beer). Th venue is lovely too!

Sunday Roast Beef with pan gravy with red wine. 3 vegetables. Pudding was peanut-butter cheesecake and a mixed Berry Waffle with vanilla ice cream . Very friendly staff, quick service and dog friendly dinning in a separate area to the restaurant. Ambiance a little noisy but it is a family pub.
