McDonald's - Cheltenham 2 in Tewkesbury

You know what you’re going to get when you visit McDonalds, however the label “Fast Food” can no longer be used to describe it. There’s often a tremendous queue and each subsequent Just-Eat/Deliveroo/UberEats/Whatever-they-think-of-next driver who turns up shoves everyone else further down the list of priority. The system as it is needs rethinking and if you’re going around lunch or dinner time you’re much better off going to any one of their less busy competitors.

It's a McDonald's... and a very busy one at that. Too busy to be cleaned properly and best to avoid by anyone vulnerable to covid.

No parking as all spaces were cordoned off for no apparent reason. Plus drug use in toilets whilst I was in there. Staff seemed the usual standard Mcd's bunch, but the food was, as often is, disappointing. I only stopped for convenience but wish I'd gone somewhere else.

Tasty food, clean restaurant and all my order arrived without me having to go back for missing items.

Not great. Most of the times the burgers are quite off-centred. I have also noticed in the last period that the fizzy drinks seems to be somehow more still. The drive through is quite fast but the dining in is a bit slow sometimes. Make sure after you order to get some paper tissues as the tray has none when arrive.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon trying to redeem some monopoly instant wins we had been saving up. Queued at the front counter to be told to then use the self service kiosk which I then did. The scanner was not working and may have used up my vouchers. I then went to another kiosk and it said these vouchers have been redeemed. I then asked for help and the elderly worker was so rude to me I ended up walking out. Not what I would expect. Very disappointing.

Smashing, if you like your burgers cold and your bacon almost raw. Wife & daughter seemed happy enough, hence the 2nd star. Me, I'd rather have had beans on toast.

Typical Mcdonalds. Consistent quality food and drink. It's what you expect and it's what you get, no complaints. My 3 star rating is based solely on every visit to this McD I have ever made. It is glacially slow service. Doesn't matter what time of day or night its the same and has been since it opened. In fact the only reason I visited this time is the horrific traffic delays from roadworks at arle Court and Coombe Hill would make the two hungry teenagers revolt at having to go to Gloucester for their Big Macs! Other than that it's perfectly OK. But fast food it ain't, Bear that in mind...

Don't eat very often, had some good bye parties in the last couple of weeks and stopped at McDonald's on my way home ... First week no dips with the mozzarella dippers and no chicken mayo (even if i paid for it), second week no chicken mayo (paid again). Manager, who couldn't tell me his name because of "safety" said sorry but is nothing i can do. Just amazing!

My second and both times within week time something was wrong. First time week ago I ordered double becon breakfast option and there was no becon! They didnt give me right one. It was 6:30AM drive through already and 3 other customers in. Today I was given breakfast burger and they didnt put cheese when I pointed that they "JUST" added some cheese. Not to mention cheese in wrong place next to salty becon instead of on the totally opposite side where egg.And at the end when I finally finished my meal - that murky idea to ask for napkin which has not be on my tray.Stuff seems to be ignoring some people when they decide to prioritize drive throught to just take your order it took ages at first week to got served.Sink in the female toilet I thought it was dirty but it is sooooo old when I took closer look - these looked like after shaving hair but these were damaged places.Overall I do not recommend if you have better places to go in the morning.
