Rosado Lounge in Tewkesbury

Food is always great here. They did get our order wrong but changed it immediately with no hassle. Can order with the app and have it all delivered to your table. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Beautifully clean. Dogs are welcome, which is nice. The coffee is superb. My partner ordered the lounge beef burger and I had lounge breakfast. The burger was very well presented and my partner thoroughly enjoyed it. Sadly the breakfast was disappointing. The egg was still snotty. And the beans were mushy and in a small pot. On seeing snotty egg I was unable to Eat it or the toast it sat upon. When I ask a gent to clear my plate away I informed him of snotty egg. Sadly not even a I'm sorry about that madam. So I won't be going back

We were looking forward to trying this place out after moving to Tewkesbury last year. First time visit last night, mixed bag.Barman who served us wasn't switched on/didn't seem to care. Drinks order came back wrong twice. And we were served dirty glasses (lipstick!) Barman didn't even realise you're not supposed to chill red wine.. maybe needs some training! Menu was limited with out-of-stocks but the food was tasty. We had to send one plate back as it was cold. Lady who served us our food was really nice and helpful though!Overall, service was mixed, food was good, drinks were okay, so three stars, but I don't think I'd bother going again/recommend. There are better places locally.

Decent food, but waited 45 minutes for a Sundae which only turned up after reminding wait staff. Rather disappointing as had lovely visits prior. Another customer also complained as their food took too long and they only had a few minutes to eat it.

The Lounge fry up was great but the buttermilk chicken dish was just ok. Fried had been really overcooked. Service a bit too laid back!

I've been to quite a few of the Lounge bars and sad to say this is the worst for customer service.The female serving was not the happiest, but did let me try an ale before I bought, but the male accomplice from Manchester? was rather anti social.Very quiet in here, and poor communication skills won't help the business.Two stars for cleanliness and allowing me to try before I bought

Had tapas Tuesday it really was simply delicious really tasty and authentic. Great ambiance inside and staff are so friendly I don't see why anyone would leave a negative comment? Its Immaculately clean inside its a real asset to Tewkesbury we will most certainly come again when we visit keep up the great work and Thank you 👍

On arrival the waitress said there was an hours wait for food but actually it was maybe 20/25 minutes. All good and the halloumi burger was yummy. A couple of missing items off a big order was rectified quickly and without fuss.
