Sainsbury's in Tewkesbury

Used to love Sainsbury's but due to their ongoing association with nectar won't be using them anymore! Be warned when having shopping delivered, check the dates on fresh produce!

Was refused to be served an energy drink because I had no id. I had proof of ID on my phone which they didn’t give me chance to get out and also showed them a van key to prove the fact I’m definitely over 16. Never had this problem at other stores will not be going here again!

The branch managers should be fired, for filthy toilets and for stopping me collecting charity donations outside this store. Banning me for not agreeing to wait 8 months to get enough donation to be registered is ridiculous.

A Canadian visiting the UK for the first time, this was my first grocery store experience. This place is massive!It's sort of like a Walmart + Lablaws, with way more selection, but more of a knobhill farms vibe (lol) if anyone from Toronto reading this can catch that reference. I'm told the price point here is around mid tier, if you're coming from NA. If you're looking for almost the same kinda stuff but cheaper, head over to Tesco (UK No Frills).Pictures aren't super useful, was just jetlagged and thought the "American" section was funny, and the glorious alcohol selection was worth noting. Also 4 different kinds of ice 🤔.Checkout people were super helpful and nice, and I had to speak to the pharm about getting painkillers for my back and they went above and beyond to try and help me find what I needed. Great experience 👍

Can always find everything I need quickly since it's not a huge shop, there were lots of gaps in fruit and veg section. Pleased they are doing one way in and exit to keep distancing. Most adhering to face masks too.

It's a nice supermarket with decent staff and pretty good overall. I just admit I'm not excited by supermarkets but this one seems much like most. Hope its a good place to work and the employees enjoy it.

Love this store. OK, it is a little on the expensive side, but it has not only an Argos inside the store, but also a Pharmacy. Almost everything you could want under one roof!

Always excellent service and choice. However, under covid restrictions, I cannot understand why the one way system for exit and entrance is that way round. To exit, the customer has to cross through the people who are entering the store. If the doors were signed the opposite way round, the flow of traffic would avoid this issue. But I guess that's me using common sense.

As a disabled person with an invisible disability, therefore, wearer of a Sunflower lanyard. I sometimes find shops/venues unaccomodating; however, I always find that if I need any assistance, a member of staff is always happy to help, no matter what they are doing. I will definitely be continuing doing my shopping here.

Good variety of products and well spaced aisles. Unfortunately the Ladies was VERY poor! Two out of four cubicles out of order, toilets didn't look like they'd seen a brush in months and whole area generally grubby.
