Seven Springs in Tewkesbury

Usual decent food that you would expect from a hungry horse. However apparently the garden is out of use (although the signs specify the sperate playground not the garden). If you go into the garden you can expect a very rude reception from who I believe is the manager. He definitely requires a refresher in customer service...Edit: Apparently not the manager, so maybe the manager should have a word with the front of house member of staff that was extremely rude and bad mannered. I would also suggest that the manager review the signage outside to ensure that it is obvious that the garden it closed.

Great food, great prices, had the ultimate breakfast and could not finish that sausage 😂Pleasant friendly staff and very quick delivery of food, will certainly be returning

Managed to fit us in as a walk in table of four on a busy saturday lunch time. The food and drinks came out quickly. Can order at the bar or online app. The food was really good. We had some halloumi fries as a side dish and the batter they are cooked in was amazing. Best I've ever had. We really had a good time

Disappointed with the Manager? of the Hungry Horse this afternoon. My wife and I have eaten here regularly over the years usually on a weekly basis and have got to know the serving staff quite well and a real credit they are to the business. However the same can not be said of the man at the bar who maintained he was the manager. His customer focused attitude needs some serious work! A straightforward order for grilled Salmon left me thinking I was the one being grilled! Evidently you have to order your meals in a strict order of main, sauce and sides and woe betide you asking for a pint of drink. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and was on the point of walking out today. Absolutely no need to be abrasive and challenging when taking an order. Spoilt my experience. Will we be back.......................................yes of course, but we will look for a friendly member of the serving staff to take our order in future.

Despite being informed of reserved table number on entrance discovered it had been changed without advice to ourselves. Service satisfactory: food nothing to rave over.Gives an outward appearance of needing a little TLC.

Lovely food as always, staff very friendly and helpful, catered for all 24 of us for a Birthday meal without any problems ! Brilliant will certainly go back again and again. 😀😀😀

Meals served cold, asked if wanted a new meal instead of reheated and got served my exact plate just microwaved obviously. The fried tomato well placed gave it away.Friends dinner was at best warm but he didn't want to make a scene after we sent 1 dish back.I know it's only a hungry horse but unless it's a salad then warm food is standard, right?!

It is a really nice place to go and eat. The staff there are all friendly, I can only remember one of them and that is Tegan. The food was really nice and come out hot. We didn't have to wait long for the food.

Several of us ate at the Hungary Horse last Wednesday.. We had been on a club walk and about 18 of us decided to have lunch. Food was excellent, very quick and friendly service. Thankyou very much.

Lovely young blonde waitress working there was a star, very kind and approachable, helpful throughout and amazing with our little boys. The food was enormous and delicious to boot so naturally got half way through (eyes bigger than our stomachs) and inevitably we were all conquered. Nonetheless the whole family left happy, stuffed to the gills and from having a lovely afternoon. However, I as dad the driver, I will add that I did suffer from the inability to drive home properly due to the now huge mass in front of me (fat tum) making it much harder than usual to not only steer but see over the and out the windscreen hahaha. A+++++ highly recommend
