The Snowshill Arms was one of the best pubs that I have ever been to. The home cooked good was very reasonably priced and tasted delicious. The bar staff were very friendly and professional. The pub has a very nice garden and is dog and child friendly. If I am in the area again I will definitely be going back there. I was 100% happy with everything.

Following a group walk in the area we had a fantastic light lunch and drinks in the outside dining area. Clean, friendly service, great value, reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Lovely old building with furnishing reminiscent of the early 1980's ... not a classic Cotswold pub but if you happen to be in the village it's fine and the beer was well kept.We didn't eat so can't comment

Picturesque pub in a picturesque village. The food was tasty but simple, and the playground in the beer garden was very welcome, although limited, so only held the attention for a small time! Parking is limited (although close to the national trust property), so the road outside needs to be used also.

Great British Pub with well made food, friendly locals, and nice beer! We had the fish n chips which were made to order. The fish was fresh and crispy along with nice fries! We also had some of the whitebait breaded and fried which were fantastic!Locals from all around frequent this pub - it’s easy to chat with them and hear stories about the area!

Lovely location, and outstanding sandwiches. The Club Toasty is fresh as fresh can be, and the sitting garden is a great place to while away an afternoon. Highly recommend.

My ham egg and chips was good quality ham, but only one egg so they lost a star as ham and eggs should always have 2! Very friendly staff and service good and my wife's roast beef very good. Overall value was really good. If we were in the are we would eat there again👍🏼

Outdoor are was very pretty with a great play area for the children, an uncovered patio area with tables and parking spaces. Indoors was very comfy with a lot of historic memorabilia adorning the walls. Food was fantastic - we had the steak & ale pie and a seafood platter and would highly recommend both. Local Donnington brewery beers/ales on tap.

Great pub to visit with children. They have a lovely garden with plenty of tables and lots of childrens play equipment. The garden is also slightly sunken so very sheltered from the wind and quite a sun trap. I didn't actually go inside (my wife did the ordering) but from outside it appears to be a proper country pub.The #donningtonales was excellent. The food was good. The staff were efficient and cheerful. Thanks to them all.We visited quite a few pubs in the area. All had gardens. Snowshill Arms was by far the best. A few slides and climbing frames really makes a difference when you have kids. It enables you to stay and have a few beers without bored kids anoying other punters! So many other pubs don't bother, even when they have space. It's a mystery to me.

We went to Cheltenham and visited this Snowshill arms pub in Donnington situated in a small village It’s next to a Church St. Barnabas. It’s 30 mins drive from our hotel where we stayed. The place is nice, it has a parking space, garden tables and play area for kids too! They have toilets out side the pub and it is clean. Our kids enjoyed playing while we having dinner. It opens At 6pm? I’m not sure of there regular opening times. The food was very good and the staff are friendly. About the church My friend said it was featured in one of the films. I totally forgot the name of it. The people here are nice.
