Starbucks in Tewkesbury

Staff could have stopped chatting and kept tables cleared. Lots of mess on floor at tables. Lemon muffins was not moist like the one I had there the day before

Ordered a dirty chai latte 😋 the girl behind the counter was fantastic know exactly what I meant. She explained and helped the other staff to make it along with another off the menu order the lady behind me made. All the staff behind the counter were friendly and super cheerful

Terrible experience. Very slow service and incredibly poor coffee. Did you forget to put the coffee in there?! May have been a one off.

Great service, always busy but worth the wait. If anyone's not tried it, try a Caramel Machiato. Wicked drink.

More interested in talking amongst themselves. Took my name down incorrectly so my coffee just sat there with no apology. Tables were dirty and the place felt unloved.

Exactly as you'd expect from a Starbucks. Staff friendly with quick service. Parking out front.

Never been there before , it was easy to find and very friendly and hard working staff even though it was the busy part of the day they worked hard to keep the queue down so we didn't have to wait well done

Clean and quick service. Hot chocolate and coffee not very nice though nor was the red velvet loaf so abit disappointed.

The best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I always order the same thing which has a few amendments to the menu and normally I have to specify everything but here they asked me everything before I had the chance. Really friendly staff, excellent service and my drink was perfect. However it was a little more expensive than some other Starbucks, which is probably reflected by the area - but well worth it for the superior experience.
