Incredibly high quality cakes and food freshly prepared. Tea and coffee selection is great. Staff are always welcoming and friendly (which given the lack of politeness from some customers is not always easy). Very highly recommended local business.

I had a fabulous cream tea. Absolutely delicious. Plus Earl Grey tea. The carousel staff always happy to please. Always a pleasure to visit!

The tea was tasteless & bland, the guy serving spoke like he had a peg on his nose. The owner was very rude, with a drink up & get out approach, don't think I would go in there again as a result. Not one of the best places to go.

Found this lovely Teashop by chance & popped in for a bite. Staff were very efficient & friendly & the Brie bacon & cranberry toasted sandwich was the best ever! Thank you 😊

Attractive Tea Room with nice displays of cakes and lots on the menu. The cafe was full so we ordered take out. They were busy as it was a Sunday so customer service was fairly brisk. Had a nice sandwich and cake which tasted lovely and fresh 🍰

The Carousel Tea Rooms are a delight.We spent a day in Tewkesbury on Wednesday and came across this unimposing place which may not stand out from the rows of other shops along side of it but once you are inside its a delight for the foot sore traveller.We where quickly allocated a table which was very clean as where the seats , the whole Tea Room was spotless.The coffee was very good, perhaps it may have been a bit stronger, but I like a strong coffee but that was the only slight niggle. Now the cinnamon whirls that we had were a thing of beauty, they are not over spiced with cinnamon they had just a hint and the pastry is full of flavour and texture, and they are about twice the size of any from a supermarket.Its a very friendly place and I suspect that most of the customers knew each other and the owner knew them, so not only is the food and coffee great but its has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere . If we are ever down that way again we will certainly visit the Carousel Tea Room.

Excellent cafe our favourite in Tewkesbury. Brilliant service and friendly, polite staff. Great quality and well priced food and drinks. Our 3 children love the cakes, milkshakes and excellent value ice cream trays. Very pretty courtyard and dog friendly too. Amazing cooked breakfast!
