It's a good pizza However, if you are looking for quick delivery don't count on it 😉

Quality of pizza is top notch but it's a bit pricy. I will be back to try something different next time.

Best pizza in Tewkesbury town: the Dallas BBQ or Chicago Special are highly recommendable 🍕 They deliver super fast and the pizzas are fresh out the oven.Give the garlic bread a try, too 🥖P.S. if ordering online, there are some great Meal Deals for any two pizzas.

Pizza and sides arrived quick and hot. Tasted great, as good if not better than papa johns which I order ordinarily. Will order again if im in the area

Pizzas generally good, but can be inconsistent. Also the deliveries can be very hit & miss. More recently they have been slower and slower leading us to ring up to find out where it is. Shame there is no tracking service like others

Terrible. Food ordered at 8:30. The take away accepted the order and took the money. Then let delaying the delivery time, and finally did not bother to deliver. Avoid this place, it’s disgusting. No excuse if they were too busy they should have declined the order. Food did not arrive. Could have gone elsewhere had I known.3 months on. Take away made not effort to contact me regarding this order. I was not offered a free complimentary food order.

Had pizza delivered over a week ago and was wrong, had tomato base and I requested none on the pizza, was told they will send another which never showed up, rang them at 10.40 and they apologised and said would refund the 20.79 and send a free pizza next time, at this time it was to late to order anything else so went to bed feeling hungry. Ordered a small pizza last week and told the chap on the phone that it should be free, he said OK, the driver turned up and we had to pay for the pizza. So no refund, no free pizza and not answering my message I sent. Dont get me wrong we have used chicargo pizza for years and only ever had the wrong pizza turn up but on this occasion we are really dissapointed.Update, had my free pizza on Saturday night and was spot on and really nice. 5 stars for this pizza. Ive changed to 3 from 1 stars as was dissapointed with the first mishap.

Absolutely appalling. I ordered food at 6.50. Etd 7.50. At 8.10 they marked as dispatched (a lie to look good with just eat). At 8.30 still no food so I rang. Food hadn’t even been sent out.EVERY time I order with this company not only do they extend the etd they are still always late on top of that. Their chicken is VILE. food always cold. The only reason I kept going back to them is because I liked their milkshake. Have now opened a dispute and reported them to just eats. I told them not to bother turning up now and requested a refund. I will never ever use this company again. They are low level and I would advise others to avoid. The fact they have so many negative reviews says it all. Dishonest company that have zero concern for customer satisfaction. OH and they charge an over the top fee of 4.50 for delivery.

Used to be great but lately they gone right downhill. Order a stuffed crust= barely any cheese in the crust, last 3 times ordered from here took 2 hrs to arrive

Ordered on line, order said collection ready in 25 mins, still had to wait for a further 20 mins and seamed like madness in there (girl on the counter even had to start cooking some of my order when I arrived at collection time) pizza was nice but cheesy garlic bread may aswell of come out of a packet from tescos ( sliced French stick so ignore the pictures they use on menu 🤷‍♂️) probably stick to domino's over road In the future
