The Spice Master in Tewkesbury

I live in Brockworth and have used spice master for many years. I have never had a bad meal and would say their food is better than most. Because the weather was pretty bad tonight I ordered it to be delivered. I read some of the reviews and I was a bit nervous that it would be late. I needn't have worried it was actually early. Top take away.

Food tasted alright. However they marker they used to mark the food containers had seeped throw the carboard and got on the top of the curry. So be careful when you order from here.

Have used Spicemaster on many occasions bother delivery and collect, prices vary from time to time. The food (except the nan breads) are excellent. Would recommend

Ordered from spice master Indian tonight ...Absolutely disgusting customer service tonight! I have always been a local in brockworth and family also live all around this area and have never had any problem with the food. Ordered here alot and it has been late,but you understand they are busy. Ordered tonight and again took an hour and half to get to us. I was a little concerned so rang the restaurant. The gentleman on the phone was absolutely disgusting And had no customer service skills!! When I explained this is not the first time I was told that if I was not satisfied with the service to go somewhere else. This was said in such a rude way that my husband also was shocked as he could hear him also on the phone!!! . Our order did arrive, but again was not happy as some of it was missing!!!! Sorry but that’s not the correct response. I always spend nearly 30 pound a time. A little respect for your customers goes a long way!!! Will not be ordering from here again which is a shame as all the other staff we have dealt with in the pass has been lovely. Maybe this individual needs to learn some manners and respect the customers who are paying his wages or bills !!!!! After the horrible way I was spoken Too and dealt with I Explained i will be leaving a review in which he replied Well this does not matter as I can decline it on just eat!!!! Vile.. wouldn’t even give 1 star

Intial impression upon collection was pretty bad. Doesnt appear the cleanest of places, needs updating and toilet was out of order. But hey you can't judge a book by its cover right? Ordered the king prawn tandoori pretty sure it was £10 I got 4 king prawns... taste was fine wish I'd ordered another dish to give a more detailed review.

Have been using this takeaway for a few years now and it is excellent 9 times out of 10. On the odd occasion the food is slightly below their very high standard and when they get busy, don't use home delivery!
