Lovely pub. Good for kids. Great choice of food. The lovely lady who served us at our table Terri-Anne was superb, which got the extra stars for this review.

The best pub dining experience I have had in a long time. Great food and big portions with a free dessert on one menu section each night. Staff very helpful and pub itself has good atmosphere.

Six of us met to celebrate mother's day today and all of us thoroughly enjoyed every mouth full. Despite being busy the food was beautifully cooked and piping hot. A great atmosphere too. Thanks to you all 😀

Sarah and her team made us very welcome for Breakfast, Great food, Great Service with Fantastic prices.. Thank you from the boys and girls of the Land rover club. See you in a couple of months.

Ordered food and asked for just steak and chips everything else I asked to be left off the plate.Food was brought with cheese all over and then disputed this when I queried itI had to pay for an extra meal as my son wouldn’t eat the cheese and they said they would emir the cheese from my plate. Then proceeded to bring me a plate out caked in the cheese they had removed from my plateDisgusting service.Blamed the chef but I’m sure if the girl serving spent less time moaning that someone hadn’t turned up and listened to the ordered better this wouldn’t of happened and I wouldn’t be 45£ out of pocket.

11 of us arrived tonight at 6.45pm with no booking, we were happily accommodated. Had great service and food came fairly quick aswell! Everyone's food was perfect and no complaints all round. Will definitely be coming back!! â˜ș

Standard menu for a harvester. Had meat free enchiladas and a mix plate. Mix plate was good. The meat free enchiladas were only lukewarm, could have been nice if served hot

Superb staff (they couldent have been more welcoming and friendly) and the Beef and Ruddles pie was one of the best pies I have for a while. Only looses one star as the maintenance in the mens loos is lacking and the place needs a spending on upkeep / renovation imho. Has not stopped all of us saying we will go again tho! :)

Its abit of a shame i had to give this review, we waited a long time for our food. When arrived, they failed to mention the sauce which comes with the halloumi is out of stock, no alternatives were made, they also forgot one of my friends meals so whilst all of us were eating he had to wait 15 minutes for his food. The food was appauling, i understand its cheap but i wouldnt even take it home and give it to the dog. The staff was not apologetic to the situation. If the staff dealt with the situation with more empathy i may have gave more stars. Wither way, wont be going again.

The photo was supposed to be half a chicken
the other meal we had “boiled” chicken on it, still pink, I asked why it was boiled in a mixed “grill”
the waitress was apologetic but the food was awful
not great, the second star was for the server.
