Twelve bells beefeater and premier inn in Tewkesbury

Fantastic service. Great food. We were a group of 16 and it was no problem for the staff. Food was hot and served well. Waitress was always smiling and enjoyed our fun at all times. Great service, look forward to the next visit.

Used the Beefeater whilst staying at the premiere inn . There is a meal deal there worth using. I recommend the t-bone steak, the chips seemed to be triple cooked, and the breakfast was excellent. A little expensive hence 4*.

I was not expecting what I got at Twelve Bells. Warmly welcomed, the place has clearly been refurbished and looks great, the service was excellent and the food may not be presented in an enticing way but boy was it great. Had the meal deal so 2 course dinner with a drink plus breakfast following day. Excellent value at £24.99, I had a big mixed grill, beefeater style, with steak, chicken wings and breast, truly delicious mac n cheese with slow cooked pulled brisket, fries, smoked sausage,, coleslaw etc. FANTASTIC.Calamari starter with dip was just right and for 2 quid, pick any dessert. A truly good evening, excellent service and super relaxed breakfast following day.Well done Twelve Bells, we will definitely be back.

It was my first visit to this Beefeater restaurant, and found it to be really nice. Food was good, staff were very helpful and it had a nice atmosphere. It also had a separate area if you just wanted a drink and relax. Recommend a visit and I will call in again when next at the Premier Inn next door.

I had a full English breakfast, with tea/coffee, juice, cereals, fruit, yoghurt & pastries... service was excellent! Booked a table online for four adults, no problem. Food was lovely 😋😋😋

I've not been to a beefeater in a very long time and I'm unlikely to go again any time soon.Aside from the unimaginative bog standard menu, the building was dilapidated, it was dirty inside and looked like no-one cared what customers might think walking in.Staff were pleasant, but disinterested - on their phones, when picking up a cloth and cleaning would have been a better user of their time.The waitress was attentive and knew what she was doing, but she had to reel off such a long list of out of stock items that you'd be hard pressed to notice.Food service was quick, no mistakes and the quality was not bad at all, better than I had expected, hence two stars.

Great staff and welcoming. Food cooked to perfection. Well worth the visit. Went over to have dinner and breakfast. All you can eat breakfast. Only downside. The bacon was tasteless. Should be given the choice of smoked or unsmoked.

Good food, although there could be a little more of it. Great and friendly staff. Very helpful and attentive manager/ Maître d. Super garden if you just fancy a drink.

I visited this restaurant for a Sunday Carvery and was greeted by very pleasant staff. The Carvery was great and cooked to perfection. I was served my Helen who was a very friendly staff member who has good knowledge of the menu and checked that all was ok with my order. Good dining atmosphere and good parking 🙂

Situated 10/15 minute drive from Cheltenham & Gloucester in a semi-rural location.Various menus on offer from all you can eat breakfast, lunchtime menu (served between 12noon & 5pm), Sunday menu & standard, so plenty to choose from.Being Friday we had fish & chips, with another person ordering Makani Curry, all.from the lunchtime menu.Good value for money & friendly staff
