Ye Olde Hobnails Inn in Tewkesbury

Stopped here on our way home from the Cotswolds looking for a quick snack. We had a lovely prawn bap, chips and salad excellent value. So much choice on the menu...very helpful and friendly staff.

Olde worlde pub with lots of small rooms, felt covid safe. Service was good. The pie of the day was steak and kidney, the pastry was excellent and plenty of filling, husband had sweet potato and chickpea curry which he enjoyed. We will definitely be going back again

Visited with the family on a Monday night, very welcoming. Great classic pub food chap behind the bar made sure we were well looked after and the kids had some colouring to do! Look forward to visiting again , toilets clean, good range on menu, open fires in winter great place lots of history!

Visited today for a meal.with the family, asked the man behind the bar who looked like the manager if they were serving food outside as we had the dogs with us and was told very rudely no as it was 10 degrees and he didn't expect his staff to be outside in that temperature..he then told us to go down there to see if there was a table available...and there wasn't thankfully. Drove a bit further and came to another inn and the service was fantastic, spent £140 on the meal and will definitely be going back.

We had a really nice Roast lunch on Mothers day. Genuinely friendly, happy staff. Good size portions of very tasty well cooked food, and an amazing chocolate brownie with ice cream! We'll definitely be back for another meal 😊🍽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely friendly inviting pub. Staff were polite warm and friendly. Food was very good. Homemade lasagne was exactly what I'd expected and the portion was very generous. The prawn and dill linguine was pretty good too. Lasagne with a couple of pints of Butty Bach and followed by sticky toffee pudding was a treat and a half. Nice homely pub. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Stopped by hoping to find food on a long journey, greeted by the smell of an open fire, good beer choice and a nice menu. Had a lovely steak and wife had some duck, children enjoyed a quality burger. Would happily stop by again if going by
