Our family has been loyal customers to Alan's for 6 years+, without fail they have been amazing, right up till tonight. We have waited over 2 hours for a delivery, with no compensation or offer of compensation. Our food is out there and they do not know where it is, and can offer no detail on how much longer we have to wait. Bitterly dissapointed, and will not be giving money here any more.

We ordered meals for 7 people, to be delivered.. we were told there would be a 45 minute wait, which is fine!! Then 1 hour 20mins later, we got a txt to say, would be with us in 20 mins, so we waited............45 minutes later, still no food, we rang, 'with you in 20 minutes', that turned into 30 minutes, when the food turned up it was luke warm, and to top it off one of the main dishes was missing. Over all a very disappointing experience for me, and a waste of money.. we will not use the place again!! 😡😡

Do not expect to have chicken in a meal listed as vegetarian! Ordered 2 veggie Singapore chow mein which both came with rice noodles instead of egg noodles which we were expecting, but was tasty until we found small pieces of chicken! Disappointing

Disgusting! Do not use!Food didn’t arrive at time ordered for, the excuse was that the tel number they had wasn’t correct. If they’d delivered on time they wouldn’t have needed the number anyway! I was told the food would be cooked fresh and then delivered. When it arrived, items were missing and most the food was completely inedible as clearly it hadn’t been cooked fresh. When I called again they admitted they hadn’t cooked it fresh and offered us some prawn crackers!!!! £40+ wasted and they couldn’t care less.
