Oh my goodness....Please clean your seating! A previous visitor appears to have serially evacuated themselves over the fabric covered chairs. It's not a good look, people.Asides from this, friendly staff, great food, especially breakfast, which is awesome.

fast and attentive service by the staff. menù consistent across restaurants.no mocha, which I found strange as they did coffee and chocolate, so had all the ingredients. guessing case of machines not perfect, still a chance for us humans!meals were well cooked.Not the sort of place would go out of my way for but it was conviently on route.

Just took my family for dinner at White Rock Beefeaters and Wow 🤩 New menu was excellentKids menu was excellent value and with 3 fussy grandchildren 😊 To see their empty plates was a joy 😊😊👍👍Congratulations to the service and waitresses 😊👍they where amazing, although the restaurant was full their attention and friendliness was a joy.Keep up the good work and will see you soon 😊👍😊🇺🇦

This place isn't clean. It needs deep cleaning asap. The teapots stuck to the table. Staff quick and friendly and food was just acceptable, some dishes were not hot enough though.

Whilst the chicken had a lovely taste, it was cold on arrival and was not as menu had described. The atmosphere was okay, but staff definitely overworked bless them as it took 20 minutes just to order our food and drinks. Lovely staff. Just really fallen ill on the food front as definitely not worth the price for £14 received small price of chicken, less then a handful of chips and a spoon of coleslaw. Does not come as described on menu.

Not a great experience, cold food on our table and one's near us , service was extremely slow for food and drink, banoffee sundae with chocolate sauce as ran out of caramel sauce , no lettuce for burgers , ribs burnt , felt sorry for staff as they were trying but couldn't recover

Booked a table for 24 on Christmas Eve and asked if they would put us on one big table and were told they would. They asked us to pre-order our food to save them time on the night, which we did. When we arrived they had put us on three tables two of which were back to back which made interaction very difficult. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks. We then asked for our starters and were told that they would take our order as soon as they could. When we said we had pre-booked them they told us it was only an indication of what we might want and they would shortly take a firm order. Half an hour later we finally got our starters. We again had to ask for our main meal. When they came to take the order we were told they no longer did the Steak and Ale Pie even though it was on the menu they had sent to us so the person who had ordered that meal was forced to choose something else. The main meals finally came 40 minutes later. The burgers were dry and tasteless and they had got other orders wrong but as we had waited so long for our food we just accepted it. After the main meal our dirty plates just sat on the table and no one attempted to clear them away or ask us if we wanted dessert. Finally we asked for our desserts but they never came. We asked again and still it fell on deaf ears. Our table was booked for 4.45pm and by 8.45pm we had just about had enough. We cancelled the desserts and went to pay our bill. All of a sudden 3 waitresses rushed out with our desserts and when we told them we had cancelled them as we had been there 4 hours they got extremely annoyed and intimated that we would have to pay for them until we told them what we thought of their diabolical service and poor food. They tried to blame Covid which I am sick and tired or hearing. I really sympathise with the restaurant trade but they cannot keep blaming Covid. If they are short staffed because of Covid and cannot cope with large parties then their customers should be told so that we can decide whether to still eat there or not. If they had been honest with us we would have been pleased to go back another time but the way we were treated they have lost the business of 24 customers who will never go back again. They did not even apologise to us.

Disappointing visit. Waited an hour for our food and 20 mins for a second round of drinks. Busy evening and not enough staff by the looks of things. No sirloin steaks and no half chicken, not the best of starys for a grill house. Staff asked if everything was OK for us but didn't offer us anything for having to wait. Not sure why they bothered asking us if they aren't going to address issues raised!

Decided to visit with my wife for a lunchtime treat. Well we should not have bothered. Overworked staff and we had to wait 45 minutes for order which was incorrect for my wife. Meal was returned twice! Yes twice. Both times the email was not as per Menu description and without full items. My wife just gave up and ate nothing! Chef had a cheek to say, oh the menu must have changed?! No, just read it and serve accordingly. The waitress was running around trying to serve everyone on her own too. We were not charged for my wife's meal. Wow wee. We expected a much better response and service. This was a regular evening treat for us. Not anymore. Beefeater, you really need to get a grip of this location.
