Great pub just off harbourside. Not a very big pub, but ambiance is great. Had singer guitarist there, creating good atmosphere. Had meal in restaurant type room just off main bar. Food was excellent, especially Fish Pie with Veg. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful when ordering food. Sincerely recommend.

A really neat and small old pub.It has a fire in the bar area, which is much needed in winter.The other area of the pub is split into 2 sections with these areas being colder in the winter months.A choice of Ales. Dartmoor and Sea Spray in January 2022.Tom is a great Character behind the bar. Not so sure about his jokes but they will make you laugh.The food is plentiful and good value.Well worth a visit when you come to Brixham.

Lovely steak baguette, friendly bar staff and locals, and cask ale in perfect condition. Good atmosphere with rock n roll soundtrack.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Dog friendly. Food was excellent. Live entertainment when we were there (Nick Tilly) whome we have seen a few times and can highly recommend. Will definitely frequent when in the area.

What can I say?! My Parents travelled from Cardiff to celebrate my Dad's birthday, and none of us were disappointed! The food was absolutely delicious. Our server was fab! He really made our night!

Visited this pub out of season so can only comment with limited knowledge. Great for daytime food and beer. Seems to be a pub for locals in the evening. Nice atmosphere.

Very pleasant, simple old style pub. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good food choice and a lovely crab salad for lunch. Would go again

My husband and I visited the Blue Anchor for dinner and absolutely loved it. The pub itself is an old building which looks amazing inside and out, the service was superb and the food delicious. Make sure you don't eat too much before visiting the Blue Anchor as portions are very generousDefinitely would go back there on our next trip to Brixham
