Food turned up cold never got any prawn crackers with the order and absolutely every part of the order tasted disgusting

Yet another excellent meal. Thankyou we really enjoyed it.

Don't usually leave bad reviews but I feel this is warranted.The order took 2 hours to be delivered, it was missing rice, the food was cold, bland and overcooked!When the missing rice (special fried rice with meat) eventually turned up even the dog wouldn't eat it!Really sorry to say that I will not be ordering from there again 😡

Bought the sweet nd sour pork balls last night 22/8/21 oh dear god they were nasty as urgh..batter was lovely but pork was hard and dry.re heated pork this was as so brown around the edges.couldn't eat them as was a bit worried about the pork to be honest..but was very very disappointed when I took the batter off and saw the pork uuurgh..never ever will I get food from here again .

Good service. Usually brilliant. Ordered salt and pepper chips which usually doesn't have anything extra. Came with onion, carrots and greens and the chips are soggy. Usually it's just salt and pepper. Not happy

I have always been a fan of this takeaway for many years but in recent purchases I find the ingredients have changed so have the portion sizes yet the cost has gone up to a degree where what you order does not represent what it used to be whichIs a shame!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, COMPLETE LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE.Where do we start? If I wasn’t laughing with how of a joke these people are I’d be crying. Completely understand it’s a difficult time and not many places are open - but don’t LIE to your customers. We ordered on JustEat with an hour and half delivery estimate, phoned up after two hours, the food was on the next delivery... phoned up half an hour later, the food was being bagged up... phoned up and said we wanted a refund and the man said he was waiting on two dishes to be cooked... and then after all of this apparently we asked to cancel. No dears. We asked for our money back. You should have offered it and gone out of your way to make it up to us. Your customers. The ones who bring you money. But whatever, your business which will go under.

Ordered food and it took almost 2 hours to show up cold and missing part of the order so i called them up they said sorry and offered me 10% off my next orerd. I said no ty i just wanted what i ordered the 1st time and they said no problem.... it never showed up. So what can i say about this place if you want to be RIPPED OFF, LIED TO AND STOLED FROM this is the place for you if you want good, hot food, i highly recommended ordering from some where els BAD BAD SO VERY BAD

Just don't bother with this bunch of amateurs. They obviously don't have the ability to cope with the orders they get. Wouldnt worry about this though guys you won't be getting orders for much longer if you treat everyone like us! We never even received our order after waiting 3 hours - donate your money to the NHS rather than waste it with these fools.
