Green Leaf Cafe Torquay in Torbay

Visited the Green Leaf this afternoon for the first time with my mum and my sister, for mum’s birthday. My mum and sister live elsewhere and are both vegetarian/vegan, whilst I am not.Well, what can I say. The service was wonderful - polite, friendly, and completely genuine. The food and drinks were fabulous and catered to every taste, which is a point the three of us discussed whilst there.It’s common in my experience for food outlets to cater to a specific taste - vegetarian/vegan 🌱 or big quick-served fried breakfasts. This place offers both, and they do both exceptionally well. Cheesy chips with vegan cheese that actually melts 🤤We will be back and I will be recommending to anyone who will listen

A little hotspot in an otherwise underwhelming part of Torquay town centre. A regular haunt for me and my now wife when we lived in Torquay. Must visit again, and bring our daughter along this time!

Lovely Cafe we had lunch there. Food was lovely and reasonably priced too. Great place to eat at.Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busy high street. We had homemade beef burger & Chips delicious, small gammon egg & chips and sausage sandwich and drinks.

Wicked lil caf the toast alone deserves 5 stars £6.50 for a full English and a cuppa was spot on felt very welcomed by a bustling host and the food was honestly the best breakfast I've had in ages vegetarian options like sausage and halloumi instead of bacon

Just up an alley from a shabby Neros....what a contrast! Small eateries on 2 floors with outside seating too.Polite , friendly staff. Excellent sandwiches on really thick slices of bread ...... ham was delicious. Bowl of chips was good size and the chips not greasy.Dont tell your friends, it's too good for others too know about

Fantastic coffee shop. Just off the main high street, very clean and good varied choice of food and drinks.Found it from a google search and so pleased with it. We had breakfast here twice and a refreshing break after some shopping.The owner is really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food is freahly cooked and great tasting too (the chefs being upstairs brought the food down and were also very clean in presentation)Two floors of seating and an outside area, very clean with hand sanitiser and wipes available. The toilet is also cleanThere is some fabukois art work on display for sale from a local artist.So much better than the chain coffee shopsThank you

What a total gem of a find. Great food in unfussy surroundings. My BLT was perfect. Big hunks of bacon, not too much or too little mayo. Kimchi is great and veggie and vegan options aplenty. Food arrives quickly and as ordered - no messing around. A welcome treat after all the chains and food en masse of the rest of the riviera

Nice place to have breakfast or late breakfast! Decent coffee and fully customisable high quality English breakfast!

Food was absolutely delicious. Lovely clean cafe and friendly service. Will definitely be returning many times ☺️
