Harvester Paignton in Torbay

Kid's menu had a decent range of options including good amounts of vegetables and healthy drinks. Reasonably priced too. It arrived very quickly and for once it wasn't hotter than the sun as can often happen at restaurants.Adult menu less than healthy. I struggled to find anything that wasn't absolutely loaded with calories. So maybe add some more light bite options please? However I had an excellent waitress who anticipated my every need and was very helpful. I would come again as a result. Thanks Josie!

Really enjoyed dinner here today. Had a table for 5pm. Salad bar was good. Lots to choose (including bread rolls with lurpack butter).Had pasta with salad, bacon and onion bits plus blue cheese sauce. Was delicious.Had a BBQ burger and my children had ribs and pasta. Had puddings. Eton mess and brownies.Really nice food. Unlimited refill on diet Pepsi which you can help yourself to and it's an amazing piece of technology.I thought the service was great and our waiter did a brilliant job.It felt really relaxed and we all really enjoyed the food.

What a fantastic experience! The service was genuinely the best we have had in any restaurant in a good while; friendly, jovial and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious and would stand up well next to offerings twice the price! Will definitely return!

Really nice meal that we both very much enjoyed. The salmon and dill fishcakes are tasty and filling, and the BBQ burgers was absolutely top notch. The treacle pudding with custard rounded off a lovely meal, and the young man who served us was extremely polite and helpful. We would definitely come back again.

A little let down at this location. Had lunch with my daughter. Service was fantastic as it is in every Harvester but unfortunately the food was not great. Garlic bread was Luke warm and my chicken was a struggle to get my fork through. The starters and sides were lovely. A discount was offered and accepted. I will still return here though and try again!

We booked online via app as it is a very easy way to book a table on any particular day and time. We arrived and was shown to our table. We were given a nice welcome from the server. Our drinks and food order was taken and arrived promptly. We went for the Easter menu which was a 3 course meal. The food was very tasty. It was great value for money. The salad station was well stocked. There are toilets which were clean.Great value for money.Have been here many times before and have enjoyed the food and the location.

Really good meal tonight, enjoyed by all and really friendly staff. Shannon served us tonight and was very polite, professional and kind to us, made us feel welcomed and very hard working from the moment we got there she didn’t stop. Amazing food no waiting and amazing service.

Absolutely lovely place to have a meal. Staff were very friendly especially the team manager for that evening (28th Feb). He was very polite and kept us informed if we had to wait for him to take our order. Food came in good time and was lovely. Seen as it was a birthday, the team accommodated bringing out a cake and were lovely. Had an absolute fantastic evening and would 110% be visiting again. Reasonably priced too.

Decent food and the place is clean. Ryan was our server and he did a fantastic job. The whole team were very friendly and welcoming.Food was delicious, and the desserts were spot on!!For the type of establishment it is, it is doing its job very well.

Absolutely lovely food, fab staff and very responsive service...... Will definitely be dinning here again when we're on our holidays. Reasonable price and definitely quality food served here..... Puddings need a special mention as they were beautiful..... Thanks to the team for a lovely experience.
