Food turned up stone cold it was like it had been taken out of a fridge . I phoned and I was told ther is nothing they could do as it was delivered by uber eats . £41 IN THE BIN I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ANY TO MY DOG

If you are looking for a clean toilet then please avoid. Also the restaurant is never clean.such a mess.

I have never seen lazier people in my entire life. The three girls, talking behind the counter with their backs to me and having a super interesting conversation, did not give me salt or ketchup or anything and when I asked for it, they gave me a dirty look and I threw them on the tray, that is, the treatment of these 3 is disgusting. .and the fries from 3 days ago...

Went in to this KFC today with my son 26/12/2021. Soon after eating his chicken meal he became sick and had diarrhea! Awful experience! Also hand sanitizer on entry was empty!

Had the £4.99 bucket meal in both Plymouth and Torquay. The Torquay KFC was a much better meal..more pieces of Chicken and a full portion of Fries. Well done Torquay.

Clean, can go to counter or have everything contactless. Fast but did mess my order up 2 of 6 items were wrong.

Great chicken of course. Everything is excellent! Except... I ordered a hot chocolate and it smelled wonderful. But it tasted like absolute dishwater. I thought they might have given me coffee as a mistake, but no it was indeed a hot chocolate. Absolutely disgusting. Didn't drink. The rest of the food was obviously finger lickin good

£10 for 4 tiny bits of chicken, a half filled pot of gravy and a drink i didn't ask for. Even worse when you pay extra for a drink that they don't give you yet still keep the money. I've given this place multiple chances purely based on my love of chicken. But 9 out of 10 orders has been wrong in some way. The service is always shocking. What bugs me is that would the server who bagged up my meal be happy to spend £10 on this rubbish? Almost definetly not, so why should I have to deal with this pathetic excuse for a meal.

Totally appaling. Unfortunatley we were partially tipsy; however the chips where akin to a sponge soaked in oil. The Zinger tower burger was more like a bomded castle. The gravy like dish water, or more closely reminiscent of dysentery from WW1. No social distancing, infact the awaiting delivery persons were having a what appeared to be a party whilst wearing masks around their chins. Don't even start me on the toilets, disgusting!
