Friendly staff. Bbq beef brisket panini was lovely also!!

Very disappointed in my experience. Used to love this place today had to wait an eternity, pay a fortune and be disappointed in the food. Glass of pepsi was ok, but a little difficult to get that wrong.

Excellent view of the harbour, close to everything in town. Grab a seat in the sun and take in some people watching. Ordered the Standard. Service was prompt, friendly and uncomplicated. If you want to experience a very good cream Tea then Lulu's is worth the visit. Washrooms are top shelf and up top.

Good place to do some people watching whilst enjoying a pot of tea and a sandwich. The cakes and cream teas are very good too.

Visited lulu's twice while in torbay on holiday. I enjoyed the cheese and chutney sandwiches so much I had to come back and also to try a delicious cream tea ..
