McDonald's in Torbay

I am fed up of ordering McDonald's and not getting what I ordered. I ordered the 20 chicken nuggets and chose the 4 dips as asked on the web site only to get no dips this is not the first time this has happened but is the last time as I will never buy McDonald's again. The nuggets are tasteless without the dips and my dog wouldn't even eat them so they ended up in the bin I am very disappointed and feel ripped off. Come on you can do better McDonalds.

Quick efficient cheap food. Good service clean and tidy even if it was busy at the time. Can recommend.

They forgot the balsamic vinegar for the salad. I should learn to check my order more thoroughly. But I kinda assume they'd give me what I order. Too difficult, I guess

This McDonald’s Next to Torbay Hospital has the worst customer care I have ever seen in a restaurant.On Wednesday the 05/01/2022 went through McDonald’s drive-through to get me and my fiance dinner.Started off alright through the drive-through once we left the drive-through and got home we looked in the bags of food and they were missing a burger and the chips were really cold so I phoned up to the restaurant to complain and asked where my missing burger was the first lady I spoke to started off helpful said that she would look into it and went off to speak to someone but never phoned me back so I phoned back after 20 minutes and spoke to Another lady on the phone and she said I could come back down and get a full refund and a burger that I am missing so I went back to McDonald’s I got that I was greeted by the manager the manager would only offer me a burger for a refund for that pacific burger not a full refund like the lady said on the phone the only reason I was going back down to get a full refund So after a very long conversation with her she would not give me a full refund I was not angry to water I just couldn’t understand by one person was saying okay have a full refund plus my burger and when I get there the manager to say that I was only allowed a refund for the burger and nothing else.Then I went back outside to the car and when I went back in to the restaurant to speak to her again she recently annoyed me and told all staff not to talk to me and all I was doing was standing at the tills.And then she came back over and said to me we are not serving you get out of this restaurant now and I have done absolutely nothing wrongIf anyone can tell me how I can get in contact with District manager please

A fairly swift service. The person on the drive though was kind and considerate but. The menu listed items not available. Seeing as the menu board was an LCD display you would of thought that menu changes would be listed. Quite disappointing.

U can not call these mc Donald's burger made from 100% beef they are tasteless and the table are a mess... This place always seems to be busy yet customer service is so slow... The reason for 1 star rather than zero stars is cause u get what u pay for and if u pay for cardboard u get cardboard go to a proper burger bar snd get a proper beef burger not this unfresh cardboard stuff... dread to think what these are made of and I believe these burgers are made in a lab as they are all wafer thin and same size so could be chemical or badly processed do not eat if u want a decent meal go elsewhere.

A good clean McDonald's. Easy to park with a fair size car park. Ordering was easy with self service or via the app. Staff were friendly and efficient.Drive through can get very busy, which results in difficulty getting to the car park. It's a shame they are behind with their Happy Meal toys. Kids wanted DC heroes and not Space Jam.

This place is so popular, the food is always hot and fresh. The downside is the wait time in the drive through, especially at weekends 😪. So now I take my grandchildren for a mid week treat rather than a Friday, after school treat. So much quicker. 👍.

This is one of the better Macdonald's, very fast and don't make errors with your order! Which in my book as the biggest plus, as the food quality remains a constant so difficult to differentiate between different establishments. Lots of parking too.

Easy to park with fair size car park. Ordering was easy with terminals or via the app.Staff were friendly and efficient.Food and Flat White were hot and usual good standard.Restaurant was pretty clean and easy to get a seat.
