McDonald's in Torbay

I love this McDonalds. Great customer service and very clean. The staff are always cheerful and very friendly. Sometimes the wait times differ as they are short staffed some times. They rectify almost all wrong orders. I love this place.

Had family come down from Bristol popped in for a quick snack and most of our food was cold and my chicken legend was full of water my first bite and it felt like it popped in my mouth it was horrible. Service wasn't very good food toke over an hour and they lost our ticket so had to go and find out what was happening. Definitely the worst time going to McDonald's.

What a shame, one very rude member of staff (young man/boy). I had seen the coffees put up on the side as soon as the order had gone in. Unfortunately it took over 10min to get rest of the order and therefore the coffee was cold/tepid, so i took them back. The boy tried telling me that they had only just been done, i said that was incorrect and he was welcome to try the coffee if he didn't believe me and then the best bit, he started laughing at me.

Disgusting, completely and utterly disgusting . I ordered double cheese and bacon and came with no cheese, also the amount of bacon is pathetic. Normally I would go there and have a wonderful time but today this has ruined my whole experience. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. Also it took about 10 minutes for my order to be given to me.

I love McDonald’s and I would rate this one in Torquay town centre as above average for the franchise. I am always impressed by the young staff in this restaurant. The shop is kept clean and on a good day, the food is top notch (for a McDonald’s). The staff on the shop floor are always very polite when delivering the table service. It can get very noisy some evenings and weekends i.e. when kids are out of school but this is no different to any other McDonald’s across the country. Toilets are mostly clean. WiFi can be a bit patchy (especially on iPhones). Still a very easy recommendation.

Quick service, standard McDonald's food. No complaints, but just not a 5 star dining experience. It is McDonalds after all (:Staff all friendly as well

My first time here the i placed my order and it took over 25 minutes for them to make a burger and fries as I was waiting there was a lady sat down and she had to call the staff and tell them her burger was cold so they took it threw it in the bin and had to make her a fresh burger but I ended up with a hot burger and cold fries I didn't check my bag when I was inside but after I got to my hotel I realised they had gave me two of the same burger when I only orderd one what a bonus even tho I didn't eat it its worth giving then the 4 stars

Its Mcdonalds. It does what it does. Clean and tidy. Quick service when eating in. Only problem is car park which full of delivery drivers' vehicles preventing patrons from parking.

Nice spacious and clean restaurant compared to alot of others. Food was fresh and tasty. However, ordered sauce with the kids happy meal - initially not given any despite ordering and asking twice. Ordered two BBQ chicken wrap meals. Neither actually had BBQ sauce on 😂 little dollop of mayo but no BBQ. Toffee latte was good though

The staff were exhilarating, the staff was like a rainbow, the staff was like a burger (tasty), the staff was very.... “Nice”, the food was very juicy, the food was like a toilet, the food was like a charger (energy), the location was like a seagull (Bird), the location was like a sunset, the location had lots of.... bulbs, the WiFi was like a connection, the wifi was a hurricane (in bottle), the price was trendy, the price was like a whale, the price was exhausting, the machines were like people (because I spoke to it, I had a really good conversation).
