Very nice restaurant....I just wanted to warm up so had a hot chocolate and hubby had le.on tea.vwry clean place

I came here in December 21. It was decorated for Christmas so well it was beautiful and you can see this from the pictures. We had goggled them before and found a lunch deal tapas for 2 people for £21 which was an absolute bargain!There was 4 of us so we had 2 lots of tapas. Pigs in blankets, belly pork, croquettes, leaf salad, coleslaw and fries. We were all full by the end which you don't always feel with tapas. But I have to say the quality of the food was outstanding and we all said the same. I had a nice cup of tea pictured which was cute and tasty too. There was music on in the background which gave a good vibe and the staff were super friendly, super helpful and it felt like they wanted to be there which was nice to see. It was busy and we needed to book but definately worth a visit. Cheaper at lunchtime than evening meal.

What a great restaurant and exceptional service. I booked the middle floor for an intimate birthday dinner and I could not be more pleased. Special thank you to Ian who assisted me with planning and went above and beyond helping me make the night extra special for my partner. Ian was always a phone call away when I wanted to discuss the dinner and was very attentive. On the night, the room looked beautiful, the food was fab (we pre-ordered which worked so well) and we had a waiter (did not get his name) with us at all times, so our glasses were never empty although there was 14 of us! We had so much fun, really enjoyed the privacy and how well we were treated. We also booked the naughty corner for drinks after the dinner, it felt that Twenty1 provided us with the full package which you would not get at any other restaurant. I would definitely recommend booking here if you want to make a birthday dinner that extra bit special and exclusive. I am already thinking of booking my birthday here in May. Thank you so much, I could not fault my experience in any way.

Enjoyed our tapas and tacos here. Also had some great drinks and they had plenty to choose from. Friendly staff and lively tables. Well worth a visit.

Fab, buzzing bar and restaurant with outside seating. If you go you must order the tapas as they are spectacular! Plus the loaded fries with beef brisket, amazing. It was busy but they got us a table. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended 👌

Visited Twenty1 last night for dinner and had a great time. We were sat at a great table with brilliant views of the harbour, we were also treated to some complimentary prosecco as we were on our honeymoon. We had 2 courses- both which were delicious- we would definitely recommend the pizzas. Great cocktail menu and very friendly staff also. Would recommend.

Well what can I say, this place is a gem and I can't wait to return. Lovely polite staff, very clean, and a very large seating selection.Food was to die for...if you like burgers then go for the 21 burger, you won't be disappointed. My partner had the flatbread pizza and I had to steal some as it looked amazing.Plenty of drinks to choose from and quite reasonable in price. Hopefully next time we get to sit upstairs and look over th harbor.

Had soft tacos with loaded fries and cocktails, food was lovely. The views make it even better, you'd think you was in another country.

Great little restaurant on the harbour. Great choice of tapas, quite expensive but the quality was excellent. Would love to see a deal on the tapas maybe - a 3 for £x type deal otherwise it does work out at a lot. Nice kids meal, excellent cocktails.

The drink was delightful considering the scorching weather, the ambiance was just right and the customer service at our table was inviting.With regards to Heath and safety however, there is a lot lacking from a training and inspection standpoint. I hit my head on a cross beam while stepping down from the restroom area. I’m 6 feet tall and I was wearing a hat. I shouldn’t have to look up to see a sign that says “watch your head”; as such I was holding my head straight walking back to my seat, then I found myself on the floor holding my head with a throbbing pain after my head hit the bottom 2 inches on the concrete beam.2 other customers saw me on the floor holding my head and enquired if I was ok. It’s not until I was there a while, dazed and my partner calling for help that staff came to check what happened. We asked for the manager to report the safety issue for taller persons in that area. He came briefly then left to get the accident log book. We waited for some time but the manager did not return.I’m not a malicious person, however I did have a genuine accident and an existing neck ache for 3 days prior. I wasn’t asking for compensation, just the opportunity to formally report what had happened to prevent future and more serious issues in that area.In summary, I’ve enjoyed my drink and the customer service, however I cannot rate highly their importance on customer safety and health hazards signing around the lounge.
