Oriental Touch in Torbay

We arrived 7pm on a weekday both parking and restaurant were almost full. However, everyone was happy and the busy staff were amazing and friendly, keeping everything clean and topped up. The food was excellent, especially the Chinese main dishes. A couple of the vegetable dishes were cooked to perfection, and the beef in black bean sauce the best ever. The lack of lychees in the puddings was a slight disappointment, but the large selection of fruits, cakes and ice-cream was keeping all ages very happy. For me Oriental Touch is a keeper. TIp: It cleared out a lot by 7.30.

Clean and comfortable. Very nice if you like English Chinese food, if you know what I mean? Good value for money if you like buffet eating, but expensive drinks. Very polite staff and very clean loos. Not my mind of thing but if you have a big appetite you would enjoy this immensely.

Amazing selection of food and puddings, food was so good I didn't even get a photo or two as I was too busy enjoying each bit! Staff are very friendly and very clean, place was spotless! Plenty parking spaces, smoking area outside the back, large bar with good selection of drinks. We was visiting just for a couple days as was so excited for a all you can eat as we do not have that luxury where we live but if you'd like to open another restaurant in weston-super-mare I'd be there every week 😂 highly recommend if your visiting Torquay! We will be back 👍

Love this place, been going to it ever since it opened. Staff always friendly, food always good. Whenever I have all my family visiting we head here as the assortment of food always pleases every one .

Never been here before although we've been to Paignton many times over the year's,why we've never been here I don't know!!! We've been to many Chinese buffet places back at home (Leicester) & other holiday destinations and this has by far surpassed all of them!!! The food was hot,delicious and constantly being topped up. Excellebt selection. Over 40 dishes to choose from. The BEST Buffet Restaurant to eat at,Thank You Oriental Touch for a lovely meal, we will be back when we're next down for our holidays.

Little noisy but service and food was absolutely fantastic and superb value! Fresh and everything kept filled up, really excellent. Really great price too.

Came here for a works meal. Great food. Good selection and all very nice. Variety of drinks available. Plenty of free parking. Nice clean toilets. Children are also welcome. My little grandson loved it. Good value for money.

Great variety and well cooked food!Much better to many buffets we have been to around the country.Only slight thing that let it down was attention to detail as in clearing plates up and we constantly had to take them to staff or nudge them.Will definitely be back!

You get exactly what you pay for. Nice, clean decor. Friendly staff. Set price. Nothing fancy but you go in hungry and you come out stuffed. It's not gonna win any food critic award's but if you want a night out that won't cost the earth and you like to eat a decent amount this is the place for you!

We came for the first Saturday evening since before lockdown, and was not disappointed. The selection has vastly improved, and the food was tasty and fresh. Everyone enjoyed it. I would say it's well worth the price increase. Only complaint would be, you have to pay half the price for children, however when your child is only a young toddler, you still have to pay £8 something on a Saturday evening for them.
