Pizza Hut in Torbay

I paid extra for additional toppings, which I did not receive. I didn't get any sauces either with the pizzas, wedges or garlic bread. I called the store, the lady spoke to me in a snotty tone whilst explaining to me that she couldn't help, that I would have to speak to HQ customer services. All I wanted was the refund for the extra toppings, even though that whole order was bland. One pizza was completely tasteless. It's so expensive too, I could get better quality from a £1 supermarket pizza. A Christmas treat turned into a huge disappointment. We will not be returning.

Pizza hut used to make really nice pizzas, unfortunately ours were bland and not very nice. I doubt we will go back, really disappointing.

Totally rubbish bad customer service, bad attitude from the girl manager she was not helpful at all on a order she just couldn’t be bothered to help and this is from a manager I phoned up twice and when I explained about my order she hung up twice she just didn’t want to listen staff training is certainly needed for this manager or be fired at the branch at Torquay! Sunday 5th September 2021 order time was 17-25.

Just amazing food! Ordered last night and the food was outstanding. So fresh and tasty. Best pizza we have had in a very long time. Delivered early too!!! Will be using as our regular pizza place from now on. Well done everyone there *****

Poor quality, food presentation was awful, chicken strips no flavour, pizza no flavour and the nachos was appalling. Cookie was awful and ice cream very cheap stuff. Charge ritz prices and deliver poundland quality.

Went in with an order, the server found me a better deal, and was excellent on her manner. Absolutely fantastic.

If anything goes wrong with your order - don't expect this branch to give much of a damn!"Just took a delivery or pizzas from this branch. They got the order wrong All 3 pizzas we ordered had meat on them, which meant our vegetarian was not a happy bunny! They offered to send out a replacement pizza which took an age. But they did. So, they get ONE star for at least doing that.What shocked me was that they insisted they wanted the incorrect pizza back and offered zero goodwill compensation.Perhaps a bottle of soda pop or a portion of potato skins - by way of apology for a genuine mistake, which was nevertheless, inconvenient to us too, would have been nice.But no. NOTHING. AND they wanted the 'wrong' pizza back, which their driver admitted was going straight in the dustbin when it got back to the store!!!Our meat eaters would have happily eaten it cold. So to be told it was being taken back (presumably to make some kind of point?) was fine from a legal stand point and total crappola from the point of view of goodwill and good customer service.There's a Dominoes across the road! Think we'll go there next time.The owners of this Pizza Hut branch clearly know NOTHING about good customer service and keeping your customers happy!Disappointing!!!

We order from Pizza Hut at least once a week, spending £25 -£45 each time. Even though most pizza places provide dip, we pay for it from you and it never f**king arrives! Seems like a small thing and for the first 10 times we didn't say anything, the next time we call up feeling petty asking for them to be sent out (wasting the fuel of your drivers on minimum wage), and next few times on and they're not in there every time! At a quid a time it's a joke. Either stop charging for your dips or provide them when we pay for them!! F**k!Staff are always nice and food is usually good.
