We popped in before getting ready for our girly night out, pleasantly surprised especially with the deals, Niall makes lush cocktails, very friendly and made great recommendations 😊

Came here before in February was given some amazing chicken wings. Came back this July and ordered £6.50 fried chicken expecting something more than three chicken strips. Definitely not worth the price and the cocktails are mostly consisting of ice. Needless to say I won’t be coming back the place was a ghost town on a Sunday evening for a reason.

I came to this restaurant with my partner for our anniversary dinner as we are currently on holiday here & I couldn't be more impressed.The food & drinks were absolutely delicious and the man that served us, (i didn't get his name!) was incredibly polite and friendly. We felt safe, accepted and relaxed.The restaurant itself is also beautiful, the decorations are wonderful and it's all round just a very inclusive and nice environment to spend your evening in.Highly recommended & would 100% visit again!

Attended a cocktail making class gifted to my wife for her birthday. Was looked after by Niall who was enthusiastic and made the experience great fun. Played some bar games and talked us through making our own cocktails. Had some laughs. Stayed for a couple more cocktails after and staff were really friendly too.

Amazing service , wonderful staff and inclusive atmosphere!Me and my partner went here for our upcoming anniversary of 2 years , It was beautiful to say the least!The drinks were wonderful ! And the food was even better , I highly recommend the cheese and bacon burger , the food was fairly priced as were the drinks ! Overall I 100% recommend if you are in the area.They also have a cute photo booth that can be used for only £5 !! :)

Please avoid!!! Zero stars is not an option regrettably.So, after paying £12 for 2 cocktails we only received 1 full glass and one half empty! I complained to be told it was the shape of the glass.To make things worse we were served cold very very dry chicken which we did not eat and sent back. We were refused a refund and was told that fresh could be given. Why were we not given fresh food in the beginning??Further to this I suggested changing my order to burgers instead to which, after paying almost £30, I was expected to pay another £24 for two burgers! After all this nothing was eaten and a refund refused!I am not a serial complainer. Please see my other reviews.Revolution are a complete self centred poorly run bar with terrible communication and even worse cocktails and dry old food unfortunately.That said they have the decor and feel very right. It really is a shame that they employ unreasonable rude clueless staff that can't measure drinks or simply cook fresh chicken dippers.Let's see what untruths they publish to this review??There are a great number of good places to eat and drink in Torquay this IS NOT one of them.

We arranged a surprise bottomless brunch for my sister's 30th the whole experience was perfect from start to finishThe communication between the staff and myself beforehand was very prompt and helpful.The actual day was amazing, Nathan was our host and couldn't have done anymore to make my sister's day special and enjoyable for her and everyone else!He was brilliantEmily was also great , very polite, helpful and attentiveThanks all at revs that made the day as great as you did for us!

Harry and Amy were fabulous with their customer service. They were friendly, funny. I missed a deal on cocktails and Harry took his own time to come over and point it out to save me money! I’m very impressed with their service.

I have been here a number of times and every time I come im met by smiley faces and on point service.Alex is so wonderful, easy to approach and she will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is great..TODAY I met the new deputy manager niall.What a happy smiley pleasure he was..And with my friends coming down from my home town he was amazing..You revolutions have a great team in just them two..Bravo

Friday lunchtime 1pm. Only 20 people in the place yet very slow service. Prices are extortionate for what you get and the offers in the menu are very misleading. Definitely won't be backFollowing a request from the venue to provide more information and no contact details supplied I can only use this forum as a way of responding.Service was slow as staff spent more time talking to each other than attending to customers. We ordered sandwiches that took a while to arrive. So long in fact that I had finished my pint of lager well before it arrived.We ordered sandwiches from the menu that stated a sandwich and drink for a set (reduced) price, along with a pint and a half of lager. The member of staff who served us did not infirm us that our drinks were not part of that deal.The sandwiches finally arrived looking as if they had been thrown on the plate.When wife questioned the amount she had paid she was told "I can't help you you need to speak to someone else. 15 minutes later we found someone else and asked for an itemised receipt. When we pointed out the discrepancies between our bill and the menu we were told quite rudely " you ordered the wrong drinks so that's it"We've never used any Revolution bar before and I doubt if we will again.Customers beware and ask for clarification before ordering or you will get ripped off
