Sub was lovely, but having to use the loos almost put me off. Very poorly maintained. But service and food were good.

Visited Jan 2022 - seems to have been updated a bit. The staff member took time on our subs, and they were great.

Worst mannered personnel and worst trained as well. It takes both members of staff to handle the till while the queue is building up. If you're in a hurry, better get a sandwich from Co-op than wait for the oersonnel to find their manners and skill needed to do they're job

- 5 STAR. Absolutely disgusting service, I feel sick to my stomach🤢. I ordered 6 cookies that are offered from the Just Eat app and I receive them but they're not fresh. I should've looked at the first cookie I ate, they've very clearly been tossed in the bin from the day before. There was bread crumbs, onion skin and even hair all over them if you looked close enough. Once I realised, I smelt them and they all smell like bread/onion. I understood why they rejected the same order previously (I thought maybe they ran out of stock) yet only this time they accepted the order, took my money and provided such vile customer service. They then had the cheek to offer a replacement but said over the phone I would have to go and collect them and to me, they were more sorry about the fact they couldn't deliver the replacement rather than the fact they gave me cookies from their bin🤢 all because they couldn't be bothered. The worst service ever! Don't pay them for such service

Torquay Harbour branch delivered good food and service, just not many seats inside so always a challenge to eat in! Visited again December 2020, loving the new loyalty app that replaces the old subcard, tried a Christmas sub, was delicious, no one else in the restaurant so happy days!
