Subway in Torbay

Some of the loveliest staff I’ve ever met, very formal and friendly, great customer service and my order always tastes amazing! Thank you very much for the pleasant customer service and friendliness.

Think this place has now closed down. Nice Subway. Accepted the voucher we had from the area discount book. Food made quickly and staff are curtious. Loads of seats, but it is early evening.

Long queue, some staff not wearing masks. Food tastes fine etc, but staff aren’t friendly etc.

Sandwiches were messy not prepared nicelyToasties bits were more bread then anything else.Little rude asked what drinks were available he said what's in the fridge and cold drinks or hot drinks.Customers service is poor

The staff were very frugal in preparing my sub, I opted for the foot long vegan meatballs. I had to ask for the salad again because of the little salad they put in my sub, they want to charge the price but hold back on the ingredients.

Staff acted like they couldn't care less. Their work space was not kept clean, the salad part was a total mess. They werent busy but it still took us ages to get served. The gentleman serving didn't giving two hoots if we got served or not. Would never go back

One young man on the counter with no help and loads of people waiting waiting waiting! Tables not cleared, rubbish all over and no customers sitting at the tables. There's obviously something wrong with management and staff shortages. Problem is this was at 6.30pm on a Tuesday during the festive season. I eventually gave up and went to the fish and chip place next door, meal was served in timely manner and the service was much better. I'd probably still be waiting for subway to get it together

Subs are usually prepared well but on several visits I have had to wait a long time for service. Seems that they have employed more staff for the summer holidays which is a good thing but lets hope they keep them. Always an issue trying to redeem the free cookie voucher for completing a survey, make you feel like a criminal for asking for a free 60p cookie, and causes inevitable chaos at the tills as the clearly untrained staff try to figure out what to do with the code that you've presented them. So like I said, average food, underwhelming and at times rude service.

The whole family went to Paignton Subway for dinner. It was delicious! Only one member of staff on duty but he was efficient, polite and cheery. Nothing was too much trouble. Very impressive food and a lovely cup of tea. Will definitely be back. Cheers.
