Fabulous meal from the new chef at The Embassy Tavern. Great fresh home cooked pub food and a lovely pub atmosphere.

Capt. Jack's is a friendly, family run pub just a stone's throw from Paignton seafront.While having limited parking on site, there is a public car park just a few yards away.The pub has outside seating for when the sun is shining!The owners are friendly and welcoming, and keep a clean bar serving excellent draught beers.I would thoroughly recommend anyone to go and spend time here.

My family and I had a fabulous roast dinner here today.The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.We wanted to sit outside as we are on holiday and brought our (anxious) dog with us. Despite the weather (rain showers) we were able to eat outside under the umbrellas. There's nothing like a bit of rain for a bit of extra entertainment!We would highly recommend a visit to this lovely pub!Thank you!

Great pint of Tribute. Could offer another guest ale and push real ale sale. Get in the Camra guide. Doom bar does not count as a ale any more!!.. Great staff. A little hidden gem in Preston. WORTH A TRY.
