Lots of clients last night so busy and full of life, something that's been missing everywhere over the past few years. My food was very good, very enjoyable as always although the Belgian Waffle was a step too far in my case - ice cream would have been a better option after a big meal. Staff are always pleasant and attentive and prices remain competitive. A little noisy overall so difficult to hear conversation on my table but we can forgive that as people were having a good time. Recommended.

Been going for a while to the shack. It’s honestly mine and partners go to place when out in Torquay town.Chris and his team always welcome you with a smile and are always quick and keen to meet your needs!Yesterday, I had the new yabba Dabba burger and I cannot stress how much I recommend to anybody visiting the Shack.Great place, great team and great food - worth a rating of 10 stars!

We have been visiting Devon for family trips the past 5 years, and since discovering the shack we have always come back, we mainly come for the Sunday roast as it it amazing, I personally love my food and it is very hard to come across a restaurant that knows and can cook a beef roast to perfection, the shack most definitely can.We came today as our last dinner out before we go back home as I wanted to try the burgers. And no surprise it was absolutely amazing, these guys know there food and the food is a cut above the rest, the kids always enjoy it aswell and the staff are always happy. By far one of my best restaurants 👌

Excellent burgers - great meat cooked to perfection with very nice toppings. The matador was very nice, with a balance of sweet and smoky from the peppers with the salty and meaty chorizo, reminiscent of Spanish flavours. However, I would not recommend swapping the fries for a salad...

I’ve been to The Shack a few times and it has been one of the most delicious burgers I’ve ever tried. The Shack is well priced especially in the weekdays between 5pm-6pm as they currently have a deal on for a burger, fries and a drink for £10. The staff are incredibly friendly and there is nothing to hate about this place !

Outstanding, staff friendly on arrival not a long wait for food either great choices of burgers chicken salad and drinks, burger was succulent and i highly recommend, also the chicken was tender full of flavour and one of the best salads iv tasted, I really wish this was nearer home I'd come again any time
