The Willow Tree in Torbay

Worst takeaway carvery I've ever hadAll the items for the carvery were smashed together in a box, including the meat and stuffing. I've had takeout carvery from elsewhere and it was presented separately and not as a mashed concoction of vegetables and meat.The carvery I ordered was the £10.05p one and yet the amount of meat was incredibly small and the meat that I did get was very thin and mostly fat and not of good quality. The pigs in blankets were also just cocktail sausages. Minus their blankets..It's probably a blessing it also arrived cold so couldn't eat it.Awaiting a refund from JustEat.Edited to respond to owner. You failed to address the fact it also arrived cold and the pigs in blankets had no blankets. I will NOT be ordering ever again

Amazing carvery the veg so much to choose from and very fresh not over cooked. Really good value too and the do 3 sizes from 4.99 for kids, oaps and 7.29 for medium or just over 10 for large meal...staff are supper friendly

Great breakfast, well priced, cooked very well indeed. No scrambles?? And pay extra for mushrooms??? If that was Included it would be 5 stars all the way and my go to all you can eat breakfast!!

Fantastic people that couldn't do anymore to make you feel so welcome. Food was delicious and i was able to take home what i couldn't eat. Will definitely be going back there again and i recommend this place for everyone to try for themselves 😀

Lovely time at the Willow Tree for my mums birthday. The food was lovely with nothing to fault along with the service from all staff that served us. A special shout out to Beth who was very polite to us all and made sure we had everything to the best of her and The Willow Trees abilities. Thankyou

I came in on Sunday and was promptly greeted and seated. We came in for a roast the food that out looked amazing. Katie then came over and cleared our food away and recommended some desserts. We didn’t have to leave the table and had coffees and deserts brought to us, amazing service. Will definitely return.

Just had a nice carvery at the willow tree in Torquay, with my partner Rita as a treat for her birthday, the staff including the manager were welcoming and helpful.The food was nicely cooked, service was good,And this is the best carvery I’ve been to for a while. I would definitely go again, and recommend it to anyone wanting good food, friendly service and good value for money

Been here a few times and re ally enjoyed the food. We tried the carvery last Sunday as a takeaway. Asked if I could collect at 14.00 got there bang on 14.00 and it was all ready and nicely packed. When I got home the food was hot and really tasty and there was so much.I will not hesitate to dine there again or use the takeaway service.

Much has improved from previous review which is great! Staff pleasant and variety of decent meals and good prices. Clean areas and easy parking.
