The hotel was great especially the chap on the night we stayed 16th. He was super friendly and helped when our car was blocked in by someone. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but the main reason why I would stay there again was because of him.Credit to the chap! Not even a 5min walk to the beach front and the price was spot on.First time there but definitely not the last

Well where do I start. The room we were given (213) had a broken hot water tap with no water running out of it whatsoever. The shower was getting blocked up and almost flooded the bathroom floor. The room was hot and stuffy. We complained at reception and got moved to a different room (120) which was slightly better well it had a hot water tap that worked but curtains that wouldn't close fully and that are hanging off the rail. Cracks and stains on the ceiling. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Mould around the bath seal. Lights on the wall were loose and showing the wire. It felt unsafe so we didn't charge our phone. Damp bubbles where it's gotten so cold in the room. The bed was so uncomfortable and small. It felt like a spring had gone. People upstairs coming back at 1am drunk singing and playing music loudly until I rang the night porter and left a message, as he did not answer even when constantly ringing, who must of told them to shut up as they did eventually go quiet. But again at 7am they are awake and talking and laughing loudly. What was meant to be a relaxing and quiet night away was ruined by inconsiderate people who don't care about others. Unfortunately we could not sleep. Waste of money. Wouldn't recommend this place. Complained to booking.com and trying to get a refund.

Bloody AwfulNoise bleeds through the walls, so you can hear the conversations of those below, and above; not great when they are partying at half midnight. Then this morning half 8, there’s people downstairs talking loudly! Obviously on there mobile phone. First room had not hot water (213) and moved to a bigger room (120). Bed small, uncomfortable and just dreadful. To actually be able to hear the sound bleed through with someone posting on FB and the sharing noise from the room above is pathetic. Glad it’s only a night stay rather than 2!

Lovely staff. Nice hotel. Just out of the town, which is good. Currently homeless and staying here. Nothing bad to type at all.

Great weekend, nice friendly comfortable hotel, well situated to our needs for the extended weekend stay. Rooms were nice, food choice was excellent, staff were very obliging (i think they were a couple under staffed) but handled everything very well.Would i stay again if down that part of the country! Definitely 👍. Thanks guys.

Staff were wonderful. Very helpful. Meals were prompt and hot as well as very tasty. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and neat. Entertainment professional. Excellent value for money. And so close to the town and beach. Thank you all for making my first holiday wonderful.

Stayed here from the 18th October to the 22nd and it was a really good stay. Booked through majestic holidays on a self drive basis, this gave us the breakfast and a 3 course evening meal. The food was very good and I would highly recommend this sort of stay for anyone thinking of a short break. The hotel itself is spotless, the rooms are excellent and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Lovely friendly staff is one star. Look of the hotel when you enter is another star. Rest of it isn't worth the time.Prompt friendly check in. Lovely Mediterranean feel with the marble effect throughout the entrance. Lovely.Absolutely vile room. Housekeeping have no standards and seems a running joke to have complaints. Dirty sink, dirty crockery, hair in the toilet, fingerprints on light switches. Poor shower quality pressure and heat dissapointing.Told reception, got 2 cups. After spending £200 for 2 nights, will not be coming back again. A real shame as the property could potentially be awesome. Great location, some parking 👌
