Food was absolutely amazing, staff very polite, couldn't of asked for better.

Have just visited and was going to sit outside and eat as we had our dog with us.Told not serving outside.Asked why? told too busy.If we sat inside we would have been served and spotted many empty tables. So couldn’t have been that busy,Why have tables outside if you can’t use them??We went elsewhere to eat.Been going here for ages as really like the place but Poor today. Staff didn’t seem to really care, didn’t even apologise just said we are too busy to serve outside.So when weather is nice/ allows to sit outside to visit and eat you can’t? Either couldn’t be bothered or genuine staff shortage.Hopefully will be fixed for the future.

Unfortunately having to edit my 5 star review after the awful service or lack off should I say. Had a table booked for 1pm. Arrived just after 1 waited about 10mins. 2 staff members at the bar saw we was there but chose to ignore us. Eventually we went up to the bar to complain, was told they would get their manager, 5 minutes later still no show from anyone. Booked a table here for the last day of our holiday. The staff were all lovely. The waitress was amazing with our children (i believe it was her first day), she took the time to take their orders and nothing was to much trouble. The service was quick and the food tasted great. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxed family meal.

Enjoyed a lovely meal and glass of wine in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately on returning home my husband discovered he had lost his signet ring. I can't thank or praise the staff enough for their help and l'm pleased to say the ring was found and returned.A huge thank you

Brewers Fayre staff, where amazing and friendly. The service was very good and can not find any fault. The environment was very clean a d spotless. Special mention goes to, Amanda for her true efficient qualities in hospitality. Praise also goes to, Paula for her hosting and socializing skills.

It is as you would expect, friendly welcome good food at a reasonable price.Staff were helpful but not overly attentive in the respect of leaving you to enjoy your meal.The place was clean and a good amount of space between the tables, so didn't feel like you were crammed in.

Great burger at a really reasonable price!! Good service. Only fault was waiting for a good 10 minutes at the door to be seated when the restaurant wasn't all that busy. But service was swift and friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

Stayed overnight at the premier inn next door. Had the meal plan, drink, 2 course dinner and breakfast.The staff were friendly and attentive, everywhere was spotlessly clean with decor of modern comfort.The menu was fairly standard for a chain, however what they did, they did well. I had a sirloin and it was the best I had eaten in a restaurant of any calibre for a long time. I only wish I'd seen on the menu they do a side salad, my fault for neither seeing or asking!

Love the cosiness of this place👌Also, great value for money! You get really good portions and food is good too. You will never leave this place hungry 😉
