"We are a family run B&B with a Public House. We have 3 En-Suite rooms all with views, TV, Free Wifi and Tea & Coffee making facilities. We also have a fully self contained room situated on the ground floor. We are a 20minitue walk from Peppercombe Beach which is part of the SWCP and have amazing views along the way of the Woodlands wildlife and wildflowers. This is an ideal place to stay for Families, Couples, Walkers, Golfer's, Artists and Photographers or anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in this beautiful part of the country. We have also recently been refurbished."

Stopped off here after a long walk with family, was a great choice to have a drink and snack with a rest. Some locals there on the bank holiday weekend, so lovely happy atmosphere. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming - had some delicious freshly fried chips which were a fab way to end our walk.

Lovely Landlady, very friendly. Beers was great, really friendly locals, including very happy Boxer dog. Nice atmosphere for a couple of drinks. However no food, only bar snacks

Brilliant Sunday lunch for 12 of us. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious and 6 children were well catered for. Excellent all round.

A bit This Country. Staff were friendly and beer ok. Lots of sloshed older folks discussing a lively variety of topics. Soundtracked by a Radio 1 garage mix.Disappointed we'd been told the place did food, but arrived before 7pm on a Saturday and no sign of menus, cutlery or anything.

I stayed here with my brother for four nights as part of a walking holiday in North Devon. The room was grand - basic but very clean - though the mattresses are a not the most comfortable. Breakfast was pre-packed due to covid, which was OK. Tina was really helpful with advice, guidance and table bookings. Overall, a very good stay.

Stayed for B&B in annex. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was prepacked in room and basic but given the price of the room perfectly acceptable. Good for an overnight stopover. All rooms appear to be upstairs so no disabled access as far as I was aware.
