Crealock Arms in Torridge

Lovely setting, was recommended by father in law while we were here. Only wish the sun had of been out so could have sat out side with those gorgeous views. Lovely staff, lovely food well worth a visit..

Stayed overnight in our campervan. Good quality food which the very helpful staff delivered to our van! They were very busy that night but nothing was too much trouble. Lovely views across the valley. Very much recommended

Managed to squeeze six of us in at short notice due to ongoing powecut. Good sunday roast, good friendly service and atmosphere.

A bit quiet but I wasn't complaining, nice friendly helpful staff and the food was really very good, couldn't fault it. Plenty of seating outside for the warmer times with ample parking.

Went for a Sunday carvery and had the nut roast. Nut roast was probably the best nut roast we've had at a pub as it was more like stuffing rather than it being a dry, overly 'nutty' taste and crunchy like you get most places. Gravy was very tasty for vegetarian gravy. Roasties and Yorkshire pudding were good and all the vegetables sides were amazing. Pudding (we had sticky toffee & brownie) were lovely, what we could fit in anyway, perhaps the vanilla ice-cream was a little mediocre but did notice they do Farmer Tom's ice cream so will definitely ask for that next time. Lovely place and chilled setting, definitely will be returning to try out their vegetarian options on their main menu. Service was great. Reckon it'll be our go to place for a Sunday carvery. Called for Sunday carvery, very old school style pub and reminds me of my Nans local. That familiar smell…..so not the poshest of places That said, all staff were very friendly and food was delicious, hubby enjoyed an authentic pint of beer and I had a glass of wine, 2 deserts and bill came to £30

We arrived 10 minutes before food stopped being served and we were accommodated with a friendly reception saying that it was no trouble. The pub is lovely with a beautiful beer garden overlooking the countryside and the food was delicious and very well priced! Definitely recommend and would come again ☺️

Phoned up on a Friday and managed to reserve a table for 7 (with a dog) we arrived a little early but was told it was not a problem. We where told which tables had been reserved and told how they are working with covid rules etc! We ordered drink and food and when all arrived it was amazing!!!! Could not fault it! My father inlaw had steak and was cooked to his perfect liking the rest of the group all enjoyed their meals too!! Desserts were great loves the farmer toms ice-cream! The staff where very welcoming and professional from the second we entered, the views are incredible and prices are fantastic for what you get!!!
