McDonald's in Torridge

I had called and asked what was recommended on the menu as it was one of my first times calling them and they told me they would report me to the police, i am extremely offended as i had done nothing wrong and simply wanted to know what was on the menu extremely disappointed excepted better, and will not be ordering from them again!

Very friendly staff, and a very modern restaurant. Drive through was very quick.

Waited at drive through and a car that turned up 5 minutes after us got served before us. Please prioritise customers fairly.

The food was very fresh and still hot, probably one of the best McDonald's I have had in a long time

Amazing service, clean tables and the staff members were very friendly. Toilets kept very clean.

Popped in here for a quick lunch.All you could hear was the staff bellowing at each other. Really unprofessional. One lady really seemed to like the sound of her own voice and openly ridiculed staff who had made a McSpicy wrong. Surely there's a better/quieter way to deal with such things?!More staff training definitely needed.We wouldn't visit again.

Everytime I order a bacon roll, I find out that they have given me a breakfast roll, 6 times in a row now. They charge me for a bacon roll, but can't be bothered to read the screen. Hate breakfast roll.

Been a few times now- the food is generally good as long although I'd advise checking your order before leaving as didn't receive what we ordered first time around but fortunately a happy accident. Shame the milkshake is unavailable most of the time!

Children enjoyed a happy meal and hubby a double big mac. I didn't find the wrap very tasty. Was very busy during our visit and people were waiting outside to get a table.

Very caring staff,at the time it was very busy and was asked to wait by the door while a member of staff looked for a table, didn't have to wait long b4 a table was cleaned and ready for us. FANTASTIC.....!!!!!
