Five stars. If only there were seven stars. I haven't been to any restaurant as good as this in my life. Why aren't there enough stars? The food, the service. Delicious and exquisitely presented. More stars please, Google.

Excited to visit this restaurant after seeing all the glowing reviews but was left disappointed.The vegetarian main was a mixture of very strong bitter and sour flavours that did not work well together along with some beans that were fairly bland.Dessert had too many components on the plate. Whilst the deep fried fig was delicious, the many swirls and drizzles were odd flavours that clashed with other components and overall the dish was a miss.The space is beautiful and captures the sun brilliantly. Was disappointed to hear the serving staff encouraging removal of masks during a time when many restrictions were still active.

Delicious food. Lovely people. Such a shame two other tables cancelled so we had undivided attention. Not our first visit but we will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing, couldn't rate enough, the owner's are lovely, accommodate to dietary needs, first class service and first class Cuisine! This place deserves a sixth star for excellence.

When nobody on your table can choose what to go with on any of the courses simply because every single option sounds amazing, the anticipation for the food couldn’t be much higher. Needless to say every dish was truly stunning, served up in a beautiful yet relaxed setting and with fantastic service. An absolute treat- thank you!

Wow!!! A great seasonal menu. Something for the vegetarian and meat and fish eaters alike. A wonderful fine dining experience. Many thanks for a truly memorable meal. Would highly recommend.

We rarely eat out as often feel disappointed. But after much research, we came across this gem of a restaurant. We wanted somewhere special as it was mum in law's birthday. The whole experience was amazing , from the warm welcome, relaxing atmosphere and exquisite food. Everyone's meal was beautifully presented and delicious. We were delighted with the flavour combinations with meals prepared using seasonal locally sourced produce. It was a great way to end our holiday. Would thoroughly recommend and would happily return when next in the area.

Fantastic dining experience. The menu is extremely varied and the food is brilliant! The quality of ingredients and the combinations are truly delicious. A friendly, welcoming team and a lovely atmosphere. A real gem and great find in the heart of Hartland.

Wonderful food, really friendly welcome. Not a massive menu but very flexible and able to cater for fussy kids and adults alike! We visited on a Sunday and the roast topside of beef was simply the best I've ever had! Everyone left very full and extremely satisfied!

Wonderful to find this hidden treasure within walking of our campsite. The food was second to none and not overpriced for the quality.
