Pizza Time in Torridge

Hot food, always fresh and tasty. Still offers good value compared to other shops

Proberly the worst pizza ever classic cardboard and no professional care in the toppings.Utter rubbish . Rang into complain and very poor attitude from staff would not ever recommend this store to anyone

Not quite sure 11 chips counts as popcorn chicken and chips. Appalling service.

Don’t know what has happened to pizza time but they have become really rude and keep getting orders wrong, when I called to say I had two errors on my orders, was basically told it is what it is, Paid £5 for two pieces of supermarket fish and no chips and soggy salad (which I requested not to have) ruined my whole kebab and was told to just throw the salad away. Used to support them but now they have lost our business.

Over 2 and half wait for a bit of dried on the bone chicken leg about two mouthful of chicken and rubber chips. Paid 30 quid for our order what a waste.

Me and my girlfriend ordered one 14” pizza and some chicken poppers. When it was already 35 mins late we messaged and they told us it would be 10 mins. 15 mins later we called and they said 5 mins. I asked them why it was taking so long and they hung up on me. After they hung up when I tried to call back twice they ignored my calls. This incredibly terrible customer service is absolutely unacceptable and unnecessary. One pizza and some chicken poppers took over two hours in total to deliver and when rightfully questioned about it they responded with pure rudeness and disregard for customer satisfaction. On top of that the pizza was barely warm and the poppers were dry. Would not recommend and would probably actually recommend you find somewhere else for your food as I’ve never heard of a good experience here and never intend to purchase food here ever again

Have used Pizza Time for a number of months now. The food is very good, although during busy hours, you might have to wait up to an hour for delivery.Overall, I’d say it’s a good takeaway.

Terrible service delivered to us one night then rejected our just eat order another night stating it was because they only had one delivery driver and they couldn’t let him come out to us (less than 10 minute drive away). Only one delivery driver on a Friday night is a little unbelievable 🤔🤔 and why offer deliveries if you are not going to let your deliver driver to deliver them?? We took our customers to Domino’s pizza instead, they were quick and delicious 😋

WOW. What an experience.I ordered a total of 3 pizzas. One 12", and two 10". The order system through Just Eat was a well oiled machine. I was given a convenient graphic showing the progress of my order. We did have a hiccup, as I thought I'd ordered for the day after, whoops! But after a swiftly answered phone call, the lovely gents quickly confirmed that I hadn't messed up!The man delivering was incredibly prompt and well mannered, so much so I gave him well over a 10% tip, and that's not a common circumstance for a man like me.The food itself was simply sublime. The melting cheese, the tangy sauce, oh my gosh! They even bagged my Dr Pepper! What more do I really need to say. Great takeaway, get taste, great transaction. That night, it really was... Pizza Time. 10/10

Very impressed from start to finish. Easy ordering through the Just Eat app. Lots of options and customisability. Food arrived 30 minutes before the eta given. Food was hot, perfectly cooked and delicious! Thank you Pizza Time restaurant and Just Eat. Would highly recommend.
