Secret Garden Cafe in Torridge

Visited today on trip to Bideford. Lovely, friendly little cafe with nice garden at rear. Excellent service and staff really helpful. Only had drinks - ice cream milkshakes, ginger ale and a coffee - which were fabulous👍 Thank you for great service with a smile😀 Well worth a visit

Absolutely lovely breakfast, all the ingredients were top quality, would definitely recommend the place,and will definitely be back.

Have been in Devon and tried a few cream teas, this one was a cut above the rest, nice warm fruit scones,lovely jam and nice coffee, attention to service, don't be put off by the appearance, loads of extra seating in the garden

Would not recommend! We popped in for a coffee and the staff seemed miserable and disinterested in their job. The coffee wasn’t too great and we feel there are other better places in Bideford for a nicer experience such as Quay 22 on the river.

Excellent freshly cooked hot food. Good value. Great English breakfasts

To be Honest not even one star, no personality at all , not welcoming, we only went in for breakfast, was expected to realise that he would be busy, and we need to take that in to consideration when we visit 😂If you want a nice place to visit Quay 22, lovely service, nothing to much trouble😉

Fantastic family lunch. Really tasty food in a clean and friendly environment. Lots of Seasonal special drinks and food. I had the best Broccoli & Stilton soup I have ever had, ever ! I would definitely recommend and we will be back. Thank you to lovely staff for being so good with our special needs daughter.

This is a must if you visit Bideford. Right in the town centre you enter into a tiny shop area. Then you go your table in a beautiful secluded garden. The food and choice of menu is excellent. Prices are very good a great place for lunch. Will definitely return.

Beautiful peaceful garden, very friendly service and tasty food. There is a good selection on the menu too. Cakes were quite nice but you could tell they were bought in and were slightly dry.
