Arrived at 1200 just opened fish and chips cooked fresh very very nice chip shop and reasonable prices would thoroughly recommend

Absolutely superb, found by accident up a side street, had banter with owner, saying, looks great, he said tastes xxxx, had a laugh, fish n chips x4 curry sauce, iro £36, superb value, best chips, best batter, fish just awsome...next year when regatta on, it's on our list to visit again

Was fantastic food! Due to covid customer limits I waited outside whilst my partner ordered but despite the cold dark and damp weather, the food certainly warmed us up. Would recommend for a great chippy stop.

We always go to this chippy when we are in this area and never had course for complaint. We went last night and the quality of the food was poor the batter was chewy the chips were powdery and the peas were dry. The curry sauce was lovely we hope this is a one off.

We waited in a long line for the freshest cod fish and chips, oh boy, the food is worth the wait, the very best fish and chips, perfectly battered, cod is super fresh and huge(did I say huge), the curry sauce is so tasty, I also tried sausage, it was soooo good. My advice is to pick up your order, in summer months maybe by 5:30pm there will not be a line, then sit next to the harbor, then just enjoy, you will not regret!

Had fish and chips from here today and I must say they were up there with the best. What a refreshing change to have really crispy batter and chips. Not at all soggy. Everything was cooked to perfection and the guy who served me was very polite and courteous. This place is tucked away from the main road and I will be visiting again.
