don't bother ordering unless you want uncooked, stale food .delivery was late and when you call they don't answer, if they do they are very blunt .oh and not to mention when they forget to send a item that you ordered they call you up to say it's your fault.absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Where do I start...No estimated time for delivery on appDelivery charged me 1.99 for about 500 yards away. Before you say 'why couldn't you walk? , I was in a care home and couldn't leave.I ordered chicken wrap that was so greasy it fell apartChicken pieces was over cooked probably re heated and hardly any meat.Chips was oven chips probably bought from Aldi.Standards have really dropped In this place, it's a shame because it used to be a great place to order food.

By far the best kebab in town. ! From the lovely lady who takes the call to the top chef to the agreed delivery time. Can't fault them. When they are too busy to handle the order - they are straight about it and don't keep you hanging on. Great team and 5 stars from me.

I've order the same thing now 2 days on the bounce and the first order was ok, in the space of 24 hrs the price has gone up and my portion halfed, absolutely disgusting won't be ordering food from there again

Ordered food before 4 o’clock at 10 past 5 we were still waiting for it to arrive. After ringing and asking where the food was I was told it was still cooking. 2 minutes later the food arrives so it obviously wasn’t still cooking. We then unpacked the food and it was stone cold. So I rang back to be told I would have to wait from a call back from the manager. After a 30 minute wait they called back. By this time I already ordered food from somewhere else and it had been delivered. I was told by the manager that the food couldn’t have been cold because it was the only delivery the driver had done and if I wanted a refund I would have to give them back the cold food which I had thrown in the bin. The customer service was awful. Would not recommend!

Overpriced, paid about £10 for a chicken kebab and it arrived with no pitta or salad, literally just paid for a box of chicken and it was very greasy! They then blamed missing items on people having salad allergies?!! Waited over an hour, waste of money and time!! wont order again !!!

Nice and polite staff, easy to order, lots of choice, now the bad bits, asked for chilli and mayo got just mayo but lots it was swimming, found a hair in for that didnt look like a head hair.

Awful customer service. Ordered chicken Shack box on uber eats, it makes you choose a pizza so I thought it would be included. Order turns up, no pizza, no side orders, no chicken shish, however the box is full of chips and donner meat. I phone the shop to complain and the girl on the other end just says I'm in the wrong for ordering the wrong thing, even though bits are missing. DO NOT ORDER

Ordered a take away. The delivery was an hour before the scheduled time and the Chicken kebabs ordered were like an IKEA build your own. Dry chicken in one box and a lonely pitta bread in another. Like all build yourself kits there is always something missing. In this case it was the salad. so the chicken kebab with everything on it turns out to be a few dry bits of chicken and a pitta bread. Won't be ordering again. This is the tame review as my wife is still jumping up and down and about to wage war on the chicken shack. In short if it's a Friday and your drunk you won't notice the deconstructed kebab but on a Wednesday when your hungry it's left me a little deflated.... Literally 👍

Never had a bad order from here. Such a variety of food at such good prices, and every time I've tried something new, I've been so pleased with it. The staff are always so lovely and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
