The Quay Inn in Torridge

Good place to be and eat and having a drink! Very comfy, very nice people, great fun!

A lovely basic pub that accepts both children and dogs. A range of food from sandwiches to pub grub and daily specials. Good range of local ales, ciders and lagers.

Lovely view of Torrington estuary and Bideford in the distance. Slightly more then I'd like to pay for a pint but it is a tourist place and possibly higher retas. So we'll worth the ONE.

Good selection of local ales. Tarka lager was excellent and worthy of the 10 mile bike ride alone! £5 per pint is the cost of such amazing views across the quay!

We stopped at The Quay for breakfast whilst cycling along the Tarka Trail and it was cooked to perfection, delicious, lovely pub, very friendly staff, we will definitely be back again on our next visit and bike ride.

We stooped off here for lunch last week and were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful owner and staff. My Hake and my wife's Shellfood stew were cooked to perfection, with an excellent presentation along with a perfect view from the window table across the Torridge. Highly recommended.

Excellent lunch service. Really enjoyed the food and drinks. The two little resident terriers stole my heart (they love a little doggy treat too)! Doggy friendly pub.

AMAZING Lovely Friendly Service . Local fresh fish on the menu Appledore mussels we're wonderful all the meals we're Lovely can't fault it . Beautiful views once rain stopped will definitely be recommending to friends and family . We will definitely return
