Went in for Sunday lunch and it was lovely. The lunch was brilliant plenty of meat, potatoes and vegetables, well worth the money. We had a celiac in our group and they had a lot to choose from.

We had Suzi's bar meal for lunch, the food was great! All the staff are friendly, Sunday roasts are lovely also. Food & drink is great value, wi-fi access, music playing, sky sports & bt sport... what more could you want?

Very friendly and efficient staff. Very accommodating. The Tribute was very nice and looked to be well cared for. I booked a table two nights running to watch the football. Set in a beautiful and charming part of the west country, there seems to be a friendly auora in the town, everybody is so nice. No wonder they say it is the happiest place in the UK.

Welcoming pub under new ownership, great food. Outside patio area and dog friendly.

We go regularly for a local monthly quiz which is great fun and the quiz master does a great job of tailoring the questions to his audience. The pub itself is run by lovely people and always has a friendly atmosphere, but what really makes it amazing is the Sunday roasts. They pile your plate high with your choice of meat then give bowl after bowl of veg which you can't possibly eat all of, but the chef encourages everyone to take home what's left and it does make some fabulous bubble and squeak. The price is great too. And they allow dogs.

Lovely, tasty traditional Sunday Lunch served at the Torrington Arms with generous amounts of roast potatoes and vegetables. Vegetarian options too - the Apricot & Nut Roast is delicious. Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff.
