Have visited twice and received a flawless service both times. They were also accomodating to my canine companion. Keep up the good work!

Lovely warm very clean roomFood was excellent cooked to perfection and hot had evening meals and desserts breakfasts. Staff very friendly no need for any complaints on our stay so will be back very soon.. lovely quiet relaxed atmosphere just what we were looking for.We were bit worried before arrival due to some adverse comments but decided to try it and see for ourselves. We were not dissapointed.

As this was the only place to take a buy a gift voucher we booked a 2 night stay. The room in the lodge house needed a good clean banging pipes in the night. We had a meal on are 1st night witch was ok and told they had live music later...a disco for the 2 of us..well as we are well into are late 50s we dident feel like dancing to the birdy song...the breafast was a let down..come on no butter for your toast and snotty eggs..no thanks so we skipped the next day and left...it felt like somethink out of wolf creck..

Has the potential to be great! but at the minute has wierd vibes! Like being sat in a soup kitchen with a strange man staring and wondering " what you doin ere?" Does sell Rattler though 👌

Nice friendly staff, but the worse food I've had in many years. The only edible part was the deep fried onion rings, and they were pre-prepared! Won't be going back.

Just had a meal at Betty Cottles Inn,There was a group of eight (8 ) of us.I can't say enough about how nice food was, and how friendly the staff were.They work really hard to make you feel welcome.I would recommend you try Betty Cottles Inn.Thank you kindly for a lovely evening.

Very disappointed, shabby & tatty, toilet seat loose & lid sticking into back when sitting on it. Material on chair falling out of the bottom. Mirror light & shaver socket not working. No where to hang gown in bathroom Unable to lock the patio door. There was supposed to be a sauna but that had become a a store cupboard & apparently hadn't been used for years. The Web site hadn't been updated in years. Unimpressed with the food although breakfast was good on the second dayOn the plus side can't fault the staff or manager they were all very friendly & helpful. If the place had a face-lift we would definitely go back

Just popped in for food and it was lovely! Great atmosphere, very clean, dessert menu very hard to read due to the colours used but that may be a good thing! Sharing platter was very nice!Staff were lovely and friendly, quick turn around and very bubbly! Will be returning

The room was very basic but exactly what we expected for the price. The room was clean and bed was super comfortable, what more can you ask for!Food was good value for money and really really tasty.Staff were excellent, can't fault them at all.Lovely stay! Thank you! Xx

There are a lot of issues. The beer is probably the only good thing you can get out of this place. The supervisor a rather blonde lady over worked this poor waitress who was very patient with our table of 11 people. And didn’t really treat her with the respect she deserved after only working there three days and been there an hour and a half after her shift was suppose to end. Me being an American hospitality is everything and other then the waitress there wasn’t really any. The chefs can’t cook a proper steak to save their lives. I didn’t know medium rare and medium was the same as rare. And when we wash to have them cooked more the charred the top and gave it back. We were also spoken to very poorly by the blonde lady over an incident. I would not recommend this place to anyone who enjoys proper food and respect.
