Burger King in West Devon

Not the greatest quality food at this franchise and staff can seem unhappy. After many visits I am yet to have a satisfactory meal but it's in a very convenient spot next to the A30

Usual Burger King, food wasn't bad, freshly cooked, but no seating in the restaurant, and the order touch screens are not working, just ordered at the counter instead. Fine for a quick bite.

Young lady on till was very pleasant but wrong food ordered for us. Requested Double Cheeseburger.Got basic cheeseburger .Chips 🍟 were not good. No salt given though were told it was in the bag.Chicken Royale was not as good as used to be. Seemed soggy. Soggy Lettuce. Coffee was flavourless. Tipped most away.Wanted to sit inside. To have a break from the car.Very few seats, all taken.Lots of other seats had chairs stacked on top of tables to stop people from sitting.People sat on grass verges outside.Will not call into this services again 😑

Hands down the worst burger king in the area. Last visit i ordered a double whopper, paid for a double, left to find i’d been given a standard whopper and been overcharged.Visit today and the machines won’t let you remove ingredients; just says i can’t add more - when i’m trying to remove items not add. Not even worth asking the staff as no one was manning the counter.Would love to say its isolated and just every now and then; but there’s issues every time i’ve tried to oder anything here over the years.Twinned with how expensive it is now vs the quality of the food when they do get it right, i Really can’t advise avoiding this place more unfortunately.It just seems to get worse with each visit….

This burger King gets worse every time i return. £9.29 on a meal and that's the portion of chips you receive. Shocking! Customer service is extremely poor! If you can help it. Avoid!

Ordering screen dirty. Check closed receipts over floor. Staff using the bin opening it with there hands instead of the foot lever. No gloves hair nets etc observed.Service slow but all food cooked when customers order. Food hot and not warm/cold like some service restaurantsBetter house keeping and food hygiene practices required

Not a fan of Burger King as they never get the order right but I was hungry!! This trip was not any better! Most of the order missing, to which the manager replied you're only missing a few items!! (2 chips, 2 burgers, a drink and an ice cream). Always go to McDonald's!!!!!

A quality industrial food House. The price is high. Whopper meal £7.69. Rather jaded staff

Stopped off at this outlet for a comfort break and for my passengers to pick up some food. Service was reasonably good although it was not particularly busy. Toilets were adequately clean and overall the experience was fine

There were a lot of people at this outlet, and a lot of orders at the time of ordering.But the staff were working hard to accommodate all the orders with the circumstances of low stocks on some items and with that I fully recommend them.My burger was my treat with the conditions of traffic, and the staff deserve a Thank you.
